We came to Tom’s Tavern for the first time on a trip in 2023. We are coming back in July 2026 because we love this place. Planning our trip just to go back. Everything about this place is top notch. We are all excited to get to go back to this bar. Love it!

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. The food was literally microwaved, the customer service was horrible and flies were on us the entire time. This is definitely a local bar for friends only. Rude owner and atmosphere and took FOREVER to get our food. I believe they are actually happy I won’t be going back. I STRONGLY recommend of your just passing through you wait until you find a better place.

It’s a great Tavern in a small town. The atmosphere was lively and friendly. The bartenders were very attentive, and they made the best strong mixed drinks. The price for the drinks was very reasonable. My friend and I were from out of town, and most of the people in the tavern were locals, but we were warmly welcomed. We had such a great time. My favorite was the huckleberry jello shot. It was really good. It’s definitely the place you will want to stop for a drink if you’re in Idaho.

There were six of us that stopped for dinner. The facility had quite a few people there. While the cook only has a very small work space; she was able to swiftly have all of our delicious meals out at the same time. Two of us ordered steak bites and shrimp, three burgers and one chicken dinner. The steak bites were divine. The waitress was very attentive to our needs and made sure our water and other drinks were always full. We will definitely be returning customers!
