I’ve lived in Boston 25 years and traveled across the world. Tom’s is the best pizza I’ve ever had genuinely. I’ve known the workers for 20 years and they are so nice and absolute newton legends. You simply cannot go wrong ordering here.

I have been a customer at this place for years the food is really good but it’s so sad that is going down hill, tonight was a total disappointment, the last time I was there they gave me someone else’s order luckily I was around the corner when I noticed went back and the cashier was “ oh someone else already bit your sub”. She seemed to imply that I should still take it and just eat around the part someone else had eaten. What kind of customer service is that? Anyway I asked for a refund since I could not wait for another sandwich to be made, tonight I ended up even more disappointed I can even say frustrated. Tonight my order was wrong again I ordered a Buffalo chicken sub with the basics lettuce, onion, tomato, cucumber and feta cheese but to my surprise I got a chicken parm sub with some Buffalo sauce,lettuce , cucumbers, tons of marinara sauce and onions. To be honest it looks like they made a mistake and then “tried” to fix it without fixing it, it was just ridiculous, when you buy something you expect to get what you ordered, so sadly tonight you lost a regular customer.

I moved here less than 2 months ago and love walking here for a quick slice of pizza at lunch. I’ve probably been there 6 times in 8 weeks. My wife loves the beef gyro dinner and I just tried the Italian calzone. Sooooo much meat, it was fantastic.

Food is consistently good but not great. I did not care for the dressing given with my greek salad recently it tasted like vidalia onion instead of greek. I got a mango pizza of some sort but it was supposed to have more sauce but was too dry. Still good value and i like to support local businesses. Glad they have non-rigid booth seating now for larger people.

Place was nice. Parking was alright. Cheesesteak was tiny. And for that and a drink it was almost 16. Won’t be back. 2/5 *also, I asked for a little bbq and a little buffalo on my cheesesteak and they literally drenched it in buffalo and barely put any BBQ. I won’t be back

The pizza was very good with a crispy crust and a rich sauce. The ingredients were fresh. Overall great pizza & good atmosphere. Also try the Gluten Free pizza. Absolutely THE best gluten free pizza I have ever tried. It’s a thin crust that is crispy & chewy.
