Fist time here. And I let her know this..I was greeted in a friendly manner. As I walked in.. I don’t know her name?
But she made recommendations…
Thank you, even tho the customer that was at the table disregarded your recommendation.
Being funny or whatever ‍♀️ idk

I ordered my food for take out
and I was trying to pay the lady who took my order she just left me standing there while I had my card ready to pay.

So I went outside to my vehicle
and seen her leave the building and was thinking ok. So I’ll pay when the order is ready. Okay, no biggie
Btw…
She had to call the cook on her phone because she went across the street to the bank. Ok that’s fine.
So..finally,

The cook came out with my order from the kitchen with her chin on my ranch to I guess balance the multiple packaging?
And then asked me if I paid already?
:lack of communication:

I ordered the 5piece frog legs $13.99
with 2 sides, okra and a salad with ranch and one piece of fish fillet.
The frog legs and okra Was mediocre
To me the grease was old and therefore made the food taste just as that. The Presentation also was definitely off. It was sloppy. Make sure you have fresh grease at all times…and get a to go carry out with the separate components to make it more presentable for one.
The little ol’$2.99 fillet was actually good it wasn’t salty
Would I come back? Probably not..
But much love nevertheless.

We stopped in for lunch today, and even though they were busy everyone was so friendly. The food was tasty too. We had the catfish and chicken fried steak. The okra was really good, and I don’t normally like okra. We hope to stop in again sometime soon.

Quaint little place in small town off of interstate. Southern cooking. I had fried pork pork chops. They were pretty good but not great. My friend got the burger. It looked really good. But can only rate what I had. Better than fast food but could be better

I had the three piece catfish dinner. Excellent breading and cooked perfectly. Wife had the side salad and bowl of chili. Friendly service and very reasonable prices. Will definitely come back next time we’re in town.

Where to start?
Service was fast and so friendly. This is a busy little spot.
The footlong loaded hotdog is not for faint of heart! It’s loaded with everything except the kitchen sink. AND it’s legitimately a footlong. No creative math on that dog.
The burger was just a good burger. And a good burger is worth it every time. The tomato slice was thick and perfect. The onion rings were more like bracelets, and cooked perfectly.
The winner for me was that fried pie! Omg! It was perfect
