Reached out to “Owner” st number given no answer. Always goes tovoicemail. Found receipts where my son was right. Was sold side of Spicy sauce for wings for .50 cents and day of this review they wanted to charge hom $2.48 as I mentioned.before. Also supposed listed corporate office, number & address, is just one of their other spots. When i called, 1st time I was hung up on. 2nd time youg lady claiming Manager title refused to give me owner’s..I saw another post addressing incorrect charges. HMMMMMMM????
Food is good and priceing is decent. I HAVE Lived in the city for 32yrs..small city 5miles by 5 miles at the most. They curteous to my 83-year-old mom but discriminate my special needs son. They just assume he is another homeless or drug addict from the street. I will not publicize he special need for privacy of my. They have denied him a simple Carbonated Water/ Mineral water) due to machine ” Broken down” everytime they just dont want him in the place. Manager has even told him they don’t sell it or Carry. He speaks up and says I have always gotten her. They insist they don’t. Yet my mother or I request it and suddenly ly they do sell it. Side of Buffalo saw not available (only prepacked) . He showed picture of buffalo wings with sauce they sell and stay quiet. Cashier says they normally don’t provide it!!?? And requested $2.50 or ketchup paper cup that he has paid in the past .50 cents for that same sauce they don’t sell????? I have pictures of employees on break lying down on break in booth and finally, YELL TO SPEAL ABOUT THEIR PERSONAL BUISNESS. WHEN OWNER SHOWS UP TOTALLY DIFFERENT STORY!!..
Break time..one sits at booth furthest from counter and they actually hold conversations yelling across..Once to comfortable with your job where u feel u can do that, owner needs to step in..
.
We have been to several places for hamburger specials and this is our favorite!
The cashiers are nice and they served us fast! They do not hold back on the sauces!
We looooove our thousand island sauce and they do not hold back!
We have been to places where they charge $.60 cents for sauce and that makes us not wanna go back!
Lol.
The burgers were huge, super cheesy and the meat was well cooked. Fries and onion rings are delicious!
We’re originally from South Gate but we live in Fontana and we come all the way to Lynwood for these burgers!
YOU GOTTA TRY THEM!!
Today I had a craving for a BLT, and off to Tom’s I went. Keeping it classic I was immediately and kindly greeted by Linda , which is a lost art form, especially walking into a fast food joint. Checking out their vast menu, It came to my surprise that they have the illustrious BLTA, yea that’s right, Bacon, lettuce, tomato AND AVOCADO!!
I just had to have it and Linda along with the sweet hearted Arial served up my to go bag with all the bells and whistles, including ranch, peppers and enough ketchup for my perfectly cooked fries, to where I didn’t even have to ask for it.
If you are ever in the area, check out TOM’S, you won’t regret it.
And yes, check the photos, the sandwich was legit and hit the spot.
Thank you ladies for hooking me up!! I’ll be back again soon.
