I use to buy my kids burger from Hercules burgers which is closer to my house. Hercules food started to be not good. So now I buy my kids burger from this Toms until today that is. I asked for a cheese burger plain combo and when I got home the burger had no cheese. Went back right away and told them my burger had no cheese so I receive NO apology and they gave me a new combo . As I was driving home again I decided to check the burger “yes” NO cheese . Now I went back Again and told them what was the problem . No apology and finally they put a piece of cheese on the burger. Food is good but please check your orders . Will not be coming back here .

I have lived in southgate all my life and I just came to eat here 2 weeks and I am not lying when I say in those 2 weeks I have ordered breakfast and lunch 5 times out of the week!!! I am trying every item on the menu because this place is soooooo delicious!!!! Everything I have tried delicious and clean if u know what I mean. Worst experience ever, burger meat had a nasty taste and smell. I told them about it and they mentioned that the owners buy cheap goods, was surprised to hear that from an employee. At least she’s honest. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Stuck between better and exactly what I expected my experience to be. Very clean nor too busy, even though they had a big order in front of mine. It’s not your average burger joint. Order at counter and they bring your food to your table. Hopefully I get to try the breakfast soon.
