We’re sitting and waiting almost 10 min for cheese curds that have been sitting in the holder under the light. Literally the only people in line. The cashier with glasses and long hair was screwing around cleaning the ice cream machine while we’re sitting and waiting. And everyone else is screwing around in the back. Now I’m waiting again because she was touching my cheese curds with her bare fingers and hands AFTER cleaning the ice cream machine and I asked for new ones. Stellar service.

I would not recommend stopping in the evening after six o’clock to buy anything because there are only children working at this location and they give your food to other people. Then, they remake your food and overcook the cheese.Curds they are burnt and disgusting and never apologize. Hire adults please!

Pretty sad when it’s just me and I’ve made eye contact with four different staff members, and not one person takes my order in the three minutes I waited. There was no one else in the lobby, staff was just talking amongst themselves. Not one acknowledgement, so I walked out.

Great spot for a quick bite! The food was tasty and the service was friendly. I loved that I could order from my car – perfect for a busy day with kids. The burgers and fries were a hit with my family. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the lines can get pretty long during peak hours. Still, it’s a solid choice for a casual meal in the area. We’ll be back!

The building is falling apart. The staff can’t seem to get orders correct. We also have been eating gluten free and recently started enjoying Toms again. But they just can seem to get things right. They give you a deconstructed version of what ever burger you order and most of the time they are missing items. This last one takes the cake…. They put the plastic wrapped bun on top of the burger patty with the cheese on it.

Service is excellent food is good. All the tables and benches were super sticky and dirty. We came around noon. Walls need cleaning, restrooms had water all over the floor.
