This was the best food i’ve gotten from a restaurant in ages. everything was delicious! the diner was packed and super busy so after 5-10 minutes of waiting for the table. we waited no more than 15 minutes for food and everything was amazing! service was incredible too! i will absolutely be back.

I LOVED my meal. I had toast, scrambled eggs with cheese, and sausages. It was full.of flavor, no holding back. No bulk ingredients. This was fast service. I was very surprised and delighted! The only thing im disappointed about is that it is a long drive from where I live lol. Staff was very sweet and there was a nice vintage atmosphere with nostalgic art around the walls.

We wanted to try a local place for breakfast. I saw a review and it looked good. Everything was excellent. The eggs were cooked perfect, the toast on point. The bacon was crisp but not too crisp. We loved the homefies. Lastly, the pancakes were huge, fluffy and excellent. If you want a cozy home atmosphere with a great breakfast, try Tom’s Diner in Lockport, NY. We also feel good to support the small local businesses.

Had a delicious breakfast here yesterday morning. Love the French toasts – so satisfying! Pancakes were soft and fluffy, sausage patties were delicious. Bacon was slightly overcooked but overall the food was delicious, atmosphere was clean, quiet and peaceful. Staff was friendly. Hidden Gem in Lockport will visit again. Highly recommended.

Let’s start off by saying that the waitress, Coleen, was fantastic. She was very friendly and polite. So I gave service 5/5 because of her. Atmosphere I gave a 3/5 because the walls were dirty and there were cracks in certain places. The art on the wall was really nice to look at, but the dirt on the walls was a distraction from the beautiful art. The ice machine was very loud and sounded like a toilet flushing. It’s right where you’re eating, so it’s hard to ignore it. As for the food. My wife and I ordered 2~2~2 (she had pancakes and I had french toast) with bacon and a side of sausage patties. The sausage patties tasted exactly like the ones you get from the frozen box at your local supermarket. I paid $4.25 for the side of sausage patties that came with 2 of them. Wasn’t worth it. The bacon was very crispy and very thin. It was way too crispy that you couldn’t even taste the flavor of bacon. The eggs were great. They tasted fresh and homemade. Both the pancakes and the French toast tasted extremely sweet before even putting on the syrup. The orange juice tasted very concentrated, like one you’d get from the hospital. Personally, I wouldn’t go here again. This can be someone’s type of forte, but it just wasn’t mine.

Tom’s is the quintessential local diner that everyone loves. Phenomenal food, service, and a comforting atmosphere. I always get a “make your own omelette” and my friend got their Tues special pot roast.
