This business employees people who have no professional skills and would rather be disrespectful than resolve the fact that they served food that was poorly prepared and cold. We waited over 25 minutes to receive terrible food and when I called to resolve it by speaking to a manager I was informed that they must ask for permission to give me his contact info. The rude and immature employee said that they are not allowed to give their names per their store policy. I would not spend any money there. If you are expecting the Tom’s Burger of ole….FORGET ABOUT….THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!
Not much has changed!!!! Uncooked meat in the burgers. Old potatoes on the breakfast burrito that tasted horrible on the first bite. My son ate raw meat as well and if he becomes ill I will contact officials.

I love the night cook, he is very kind and makes everything fresh. This 1 star is for the woman staff. I come here every often at night and spend a good 25-30 when I do. The lady’s were super professional until this one employee she has reddish hair she was very rude. I was explaining my order she was rushing me cutting me off. I had my 7 year old with me she was so rude to the point I almost started crying. Well I did when the kind cook and other employee told me she’s often like this. And when she collected the money she was shaking like she was on something. I was not rude I blessed her with kindness please reteach her customer service

The food was good then I asked for a cup of water and they told me it would cost 1.09 for a cup of water I figured that if you buy food there they should at least give you a cup of water for free and not charge you the same as a soda. I will never eat here again just for that. I would be alert when taking your kids to this location because of the activity that goes on in the parking lot.

I got the shrimp dinner. It was pretty good overall. I only ate a little because I don’t eat a lot. I ate the salad later that night. I only ate about four bites of salad because it tasted funny or off. I woke up at 3:30 am and started projectile vomiting. I’ve had food poisoning in the past and know how it feels. I projectile vomited so hard I hurt my throat. I can not even talk now my throat hurts so bad. I will never eat here again.

Lady at the window was super sweet and super helpful. But the food was ok but not for the price… 40 dollars for one bacon burger meal and a pastrami sandwich (just the sandwich) and a order of mozzarella sticks and a vanilla cone. You can go to apple bees, Chili’s, RED LOBSTER and pay 40 bucks and be some what satisfied. But not here. A decade ago this place was a hidden treasure but not these days.

Good food, too bad. It’s surrounded by a bunch of homeless people and their trash. And the sodas is where that’s where I go to get my sodas. They’re only a $6 for the big sodas. Drive through, that’s the spot for sodas. Anyway, the food’s great too. But I wouldn’t leave my car where I couldn’t see it.

Great burgers! We stopped for food at this mom and pop shop on the way to take our dogs for a run by the river. The burgers were excellent! 🙂 We didn’t get anything else, but well worth their effort and high price. It should be called, “Tom’s Spendy Burger!” Just kidding! Well worth the long long wait.

It was kinda dirty the floor anyways was, the service was slow, no one (customers) inside my friend and I was the only ones in there. Still slow counter service drive through wasn’t busy. Staff gives dirty looks nother one of the girls that worked the registers drive-thru and inside didn’t smile didn’t say hello how are you doing nothing like that they actually look like they were frowning and they look like they hate their jobs. Not a friendly atmosphere at all parking lot full of homeless people and their dogs and all their baskets hanging out they weren’t trying to run them off or anything it was dirty outside trash everywhere I’m sure from the homeless. It’ll be a while before I go back to that place hopefully they’ll have new staff what is that at least smile they’re kind of rude. The banana splits are good that’s what I had that night My friend had a ice cream cone.

The hamburger meat had a odd taste, the lettece wasn’t very fresh, the bun was stail, overall gross. Also had the asda taco plate the tortillas weren’t cooked, the asda was burnt and cold, the salid in the tacos wasn’t very fresh. I’ve had better tacos at Taco Bell and I would only give them a minus 5 ⭐. I don’t even want to commit on the poor tasting sodas. Overall nasty dinner I don’t think I’ll go back until they have new staff or owners.
