I came here with my father and younger brother to purchase a family pack meal for my family, and my father decided to pay with his visa credit card. After paying he was hit with a 0.60 cent credit card surcharge fee. Nowhere in the business did they have a sign posted where it stated that they have a credit card fee. According to California Civil Code 1748.1 it states that, hidden surcharge fees at checkout are prohibited when customers pay by credit card. Upon my father complaining about the surcharge fee the manger/owner refunded the money. However, they denied him service. Management did poorly at handling this situation. Mind you my father was still willing to pay in cash for the food afterwards. As a matter of fact, this was our go-to spot, one customer lost!

I got a steak/ carne asada burrito no salt or pepper just no flavor. Also got chilli cheese fries and that was better than the burrito.
My friend got the 3 tacos , beans and rice. She gave it a 4 .
My other friend got a teriyaki bowl and that was better than what we all got.
Customer service can be all more nicer with a smile .

This Toms Burger location is by far one of the best I’ve had. The cheeseburgers taste so good. Along with the some of the best French fries. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Food is always served hot and their fountain soda is very fresh, not flat. The staff there is very friendly and kind.

I’ve been a customer at this Tom’s since I was about 15 years old, I’m 38 now. I left Huntington Park 12 years ago and I’m back on vacation visiting family and friends. I stopped in to get a cheeseburger special and to my surprise it’s the same owner and staff 🙂 I walked in and hey remembered who I was awesome!
