Made my order the way they wanted after I specified crispy fries with seasoned salt. I received whimsy fries barely done. Asked to have my burger cut in half. Didn’t do that either. I don’t understand

This place is AMAZING. The customer service is 100/10. It was packed in there full of people and the line went by super fast and the food came in less than 10 minutes. The food was hot and delicious! They dont charge for sauces and theres free refills. They make sure you have everything you need! I LOVE this place

We went to eat at Tom’s 27 and had very great experience.
Bianca and Roxanne were very serviceable.
They were very polite. Roxanne asked if I wanted my hot tea in a mug or a cup. No one has ever asked me that. They just assume I want a cup.
When I needed more hot water, Bianca came to our table and asked, if she should take my cup for more hot water or would I prefer another mug with hot water.
I have never been asked that before.
It was like being at home with my grandchildren serving me. They had smiles and were very courteous.
Their food was great also. Thanks to the cooks.

Only reviewing since it’s surprising that I’ve had to argue just to make an order for the 3rd time here. Not sure why just getting a burger or zucchini has to be “why not a combo?” “How about a drink n just make it a combo” “you’d get more with a combo with soda and fries” and then just end up at the window 10-15 minutes waiting to pay and just end up driving away to somewhere else. It’s not even busy or lines when I’ve gone so idk. Used to go often 7+ years ago but now it’s just been disappointing.

This is the worst place we have ever ate at! To start off, one egg were expired and they didn’t notice, my bread not even toasted, only warm, then the damn pancakes were so small they didnt even look like the front picture!… terrible food!! And on top of that they charged for cheap horchata refills!…

I wanted to share my recent experience at your drive-thru that left me frustrated and disappointed. I ordered and paid $20.69 for two sausage and egg burritos. After waiting for a while, a staff member asked what I ordered and then returned to ask if I had already paid—clearly indicating that my order had been forgotten. I spent about 10 minutes waiting again, with no AC in my car in the heat. Final she came back I took the bag, drove home, and realized there was only one burrito inside.
I immediately called and was transferred three times before someone told me to return with the receipt. I drove back—burning gas and wasting time—and waited in line again. Eventually, someone noticed me, and I explained I was just there and was missing a burrito. A man quickly made the second burrito and apologized, which I appreciated. I had to go through a lot of unnecessary hassle for something that should have been right the first time.
I would appreciate it if your team could be more attentive to orders and communication. This experience cost me time, gas, and frustration.

I’ve been ordering from Tom’s for a while, and unfortunately the quality has become really inconsistent. On multiple occasions my orders have arrived with missing items, and even when I specifically asked for no blue cheese, they still added it to my salad. It’s disappointing because I genuinely enjoy their food when it’s made correctly, but the repeated mistakes make the experience frustrating. I’m hoping they tighten up their quality control, because it used to be one of my go-to spots.

I’m not from Palmdale but was craving Tom’s. I was delighted with everyone. The staff treated me and my family well. The food was made fresh. Now there were minor mistakes. For example i didn’t want tomato’s but my burger came with tomato. NO BIG DEAL. I just took it out and continue eating. It happens and that’s okay. Will definitely return in the future.

If i could give Zero Stars I WOULD !! I go very often and this is the last time i go. While I was waiting for my food I stood there and observed. The managers are UNPROFESSIONAL, i see how the yell at the crew! We’re in 2025 for crying out loud. I’ve never seen such a toxic environment as someone who has worked in fast food industry for over 25 years. Like who’s in charge?

I went inside the restaurant to go eat and first it was very cold. There was very loud music and then I told the lady I wanted a tuna combo and she thought I wanted a tuna sandwich so they brought me flatbread with a tuna sandwich. I did not want that and then. The air was on it was very cold. The music was super loud/ I am regular customer at Tom’s places then u guys don’t give refills the other toms. Does don’t do refills : /.
