Went throught the drive through, got French toast breakfast, and other items for my kid. There was hair in my eggs… like a few long strands! Not to mention, I asked for no ice in my drink, there was ice! They didn’t give me utensils for the food
They claim to serve breakfast all day, but just not the items I initially wanted. Then gave me more ketchup than I can use in a year. NO syrup for my French toast.
They took forever to come to the drive through window, took my money… I was hungry and thirsty at that point, and had to wait FOREVER for them to give me my drink AFTER the made to order food, complete with HAIR, was handed to me… added a drink I didn’t ask for, which admittedly I didn’t listen back when the surly cashier was repeating my order, so that’s on me.
Do not go at night, they just don’t care, and it is clear. My son’s sandwich was missing half the bottom bun… like… who trained these people?
I recommend going very early… 1st and last time to go at night… if at all. Food is just okay… on par with the pricing.
If I had finished my eggs faster, we wouldn’t have eaten anymore of that food, bc… aren’t you supposed to wear hair nets? Ughhhh!
I’m a reasonable person… this was just too many things gone wrong at once… wouldn’t have even written a review if it weren’t for the covert hair in my food… bottom of the egg pile…. I actually ate it… and spit it out immediately… just gross!

If I could give a zero I would!!!!! The lady at the register that took the order was extremely rude!!! First of all there was a hair on my soda! Then when we took it back she just takes the hair off which tells me she did not throw the cup away and give me a fresh one!!! Then, we tell her the other soda tasted like it was flat and her attitude gets even worse giving excuses and saying so what do you want me to do? Rude! All the way !!!!!

The price on the menu was different and unfortunately I wasn’t paying attention when I was charged. It’s pricy for a small pastrami chili cheese fries and it wasn’t the best.. wanted to try a new place out but should of stuck to my usual place, Mikes on west highland for a $1 more you get a huge order plus a drink

I’ve been here a couple of times and the food had always been alright but today it wasn’t. The food tasted like it had been sitting out all day and the bread tasted old. The lady at the drive thru was rude and seemed bothered that we ordered any food and didn’t let us finished ordering before trying to tell us our total will be at the window. The food also took so long to come out that the ice in our drinks melted before she handed us our food. If it’s going to take forever to get your food, please get rid of the drive thru. Overall, the service could have been better and faster

I hope it was just an off week or product issue because disappointed doesn’t cover the $10+ fish sandwich meal I had to throw in the trash. The filet was almost invisible as it was about 1/4in thick and mostly breading. Even the finest chef couldn’t fix that fish. I’m going to give them another chance and hope that they just had a bad delivery and not a change in quality to save $❗
Never disappointed with the quality, taste, and expeditious manner in which Tom’s delivers again and again! Food is always made to order and portion size is large. Price is a bit high, but I’m assigning this to recent inflation as prices of everything are markedly higher. Their menu is extensive and will assuredly have some thing for even the pickiest food conesuer
In your group. Handicap accessible, masks and other sanitation efforts seem to be in place. Definitely a must for any meal if your looking for higher quality fast food experience.
