Fantastic food, friendly service and nice decor. From the moment you enter Tomo Sushi, you know it’s gonna be a good experience. Not quite a “Welcome to Moe’s” greeting but similar. Our server was a high school student and was one of the most attentive servers we’ve had in quite some time. He was excellent, on top of things and never left us wanting anything.

Our best sushi restaurant! We had Tomo sushi for two and several delicious rolls including Tomo roll. Absolutely amazing! The quality of sashimi was excellent and so fresh. It was my first time to try Ahi Tuna tower and it exceeded my expectation. Everything was perfect. Tomo roll was unique taste with so many flavors. I’ll definitely try again. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone for great food

We wanted to check this restaurant out for our anniversary lunch. Server was super friendly and attentive. Miso soup was the best we ever had and it is free refill. The appetizer stuffed jalapeno was really good. The chef personally brought the sashimi to us. We ordered toro and salmon belly. To be honest, we had fresher sashimi before. We are really sensitive to smell so we did smell a bit fishy. The dessert mochi icecream was on house since it was our anniversary. Overall, love the environment and people there. We will come back to give another try on sashimi.

Great atmosphere and delicious sushi for reasonable prices. Their shrimp shumai dumplings were delicious. The staff was so friendly and attentive. It is BYOB and soda is sold by the can. I’ll definitely be returning to try more rolls!

PROs: Friendly and quick customer service. Small establishment with a boho/Asian ambience. Plenty of sushi & sashmi to choose from. Bento boxes was a convenient choice and it provided more than expected. Good quality and freshness in the sushi and sashmi. Miso soup didn’t have tofu (unexpected) not sure if that is their choice nevertheless it was fulfilling.

Saw this new sushi place 2 blocks away from my sister’s house. Decided to order some rolls for take out. Was very impressed by the presentation and flavors. Fire Dragon Roll had great flavors and texture. The fish in the Sea World roll was so fresh. Surprisingly, my favorite was the White Tuna roll. It tasted fresh and if you are trying to cut down on carbs like me, you wouldn’t know it was riceless. Not pictured here was their gyoza. The kids ate it so fast and was wanting some more. Will definitely go back soon for dine in to try their other items.

First time lunch at Tomo Sushi yesterday and all I can say is…wow wow WOW!! To say I’m thrilled to find this little gem in Flower Mound is an understatement. Atmosphere was relaxed & casual, service was attentive and friendly, food was exceptional. I ordered the sushi & sashimi lunch bento box which arrived quickly and was probably the freshest and highest quality fish I’ve ever had in town. The box also included additional fish besides salmon & tuna (Japanese Snapper!) which was a welcome addition. Not pictured was the miso soup that was included with the bento box, rounding out a very filling lunch meal. The rest of my table ordered a bento box and specialty rolls, all which were excellent. Portion sizes were generous and I’ll challenge anyone to find a high quality sushi lunch for under $20!! The sushi chef visited our table twice, once to present the food and another to ensure we enjoyed it. I will definitely return for dinner with my favorite bottle of wine (since it is BYOB), and wholeheartedly recommend this cute little sushi spot! The absolute best in the area!
