I came here on a whim last night and had a delicious ramen! There are veggie and vegan options for all of the ramen — it’s so good to have such a wide choice. The texture of the noodles is delicious, chewy in a good way. The egg was delicious and really well cooked. I had the tofu, which was tasty but very thin slices so would have been nice to have a little more.
I also enjoyed the karaage oyster mushrooms with curry mayo as a side.
They have a nice drinks menu, and I enjoyed the house lemonade!
It was busy on a Thursday night, but I managed to get a window spot as a solo diner.

One of the best vegan ramens i have ever had – unique, creative and scrumptious (see attached pictures)! Also, the woman serving me was super sweet and attentive. Finally, atmosphere wonderfully social and relaxed: I could even bring the dog I was dog sitting to Tomo no Ramen so needless to say that made this place and visit even more special. Do not miss out on this great place when in Bristol.

I liked the texture of the noodles a lot! The chashu was way too thin, and I would expect a more generous amount of the chashu. The broth was a bit too salty imo, I did quite like the menma and the egg though. Having had a lot of authentic ramen in Japan, I think the ramen here is westernised but in a good way.

Came here last Friday, friendly & welcoming service, loved the menu, huge selection of veggie and vegan dishes and options. The mushroom Karaage and crispy aubergine were definitely the highlights for me. I hope they open a Brighton location someday!

Food was mego tasty. Would definitely return again. The tantanramen broth was incredibly aromatic with lots of added depth and flavour. Really enjoyed my meal here. It is a little on the expensive side.

I had the vegan shoyu with extra tofu and it was one of the best bowl or ramen I have ever had. Broth, noodles, even the added chilli oil was unbelievable. Can’t wait to return and can’t recommend enough

Lovely atmosphere, fantastic food and lots of vegan choices. Underestimated the portion sizes of the sides but they were so tasty it was a happy mistake! Will definitely be going back!

The best Ramen we have ever had! So tasty, full of flavour and generally delicious. We also had the chicken and it was incredible. Staff were really friendly as well. I’d agree they did bring the bill while I still had half my drink left, but didn’t rush us out at all.

The best restaurant in Bristol – by a country mile! I’ve been to Tomo countless times and it’s always amazing. Service, atmosphere and food ! But tonight was something that blew me away! The special 5 spice shoyu was out of this world. Chef Lea is a superstar without a doubt. But I couldn’t not mention the rest of the amazing team that make all the magic of Tomo. Front of house are always so welcoming and personable.
I will dine out on this dish forever!! Vive Tomo no Ramen!! ❤️✨

The service is fantastic and so friendly.
The food… just wow! The best meal I’ve had this year and the best Japanese meal I’ve ever had.
Incredibly tasty and the side of chicken karaage was just perfect!
Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
Thank you.
