Customer service is great here but better than that is their food! Pizza is light and crispy with barely any sauce- so if you’re not big on sauce then this is the pizza for you! They are very fairly priced with lunch and dinner specials as well.

Upon arrival at the restaurant on a Saturday for lunch, we were promptly seated in the dining area. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza accompanied by a couple sides. The jalepeno poppers were noteworthy for their generous size, crunchiness, and flavor. The fries appeared to be average frozen fries cooked through deep-frying. The garlic bread seemed burnt. While the pizza was satisfactory and thin, it seemed deficient in sauce and cheese. Our server, who was the sole attendant, made commendable efforts to accommodate our needs. I would consider returning to sample the pizza again, but likely nothing more.

Was in today and treated very badly by a server named Julie. I don’t understand how businesses tolerate rude employees. My family and our business are long time customers; sad to see rude servers get away with being incredibly nasty and managers think it is acceptable.

We ate dinner at the Dublin/161 restaurant on July 7th and had an all the way pizza and salad with their delicious ranch dressing. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived, our server Lana (?) was kind and very attentive. All the servers were nice (much different experience from about 2 mths ago we had). The pizza was very good and hot, right out of the oven! Thanks for great pizza and service!

Worst experience ever! Waited an hour in the dining room for pizza. The pizza never came so we left. Other people that came after us were paying bills. I’ve been going to Tommy’s for over 30 years. You lost a customer tonight. Manager was completely useless. I would recommend you don’t use the dinning room, ever!

As a longtime fan of the (now closed) Tommy’s OSU campus location it’s nice to know that there are alternative locations. Sadly the crispness was lacking. It still tasted like a Tommy’s but that missing key element was a problem.

It really has changed! The sauce was really thick in some places. The crust was really thin now. I took a bite and had a whole mouthful of sauce! It was so good the last time we ordered pizza. Sorry it has changed for the worse.

Tommy’s has been one of our favorites for decades. We just had a pizza and they have definitely changed their sauce. It was very acidic, so much so it was overpowering. I hope this is just one off issue for whatever reason. next time they get back to the sauce their customers have known forever.
