What an adorable slice of Korea right here in El Paso. I wish 8d found this place sooner because my sister in law loves everything Korean. The place was squeaky clean, the menu items are well laid out and all look so appetizing, the music was good and the server was a darling.

I’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend

Hi people! My first and last time in this Tommy’s Korean Express 2 7722 Paseo del Norte, 7722 Paseo del Norte, El Paso, TX. We was order 2 bowls , and 2 kimbap. Was pay $47. 52, and when I asking for military discount ‍♀️ ‍♀️, it girls with smile just said they not Give any military discounts at all. Portion was small for this price. And they charge in extra for simple sauce for kimbap $.79 cents, cuz I don’t want to pay extra for sauce for bulgogy kimbap we end up just have dry kimbap with out any sauce at all! this is insane! I think sauce have to be ad with kimbap already. Also all food way to salty. Will never go back for this piece! And highly not recommended go to this piece at all! You will just waist your money ! I am so surprised owner of this place not support us soldiers who defended us country!

The noodles were my favorite, you can really taste the difference since they’re made fresh there. Everything tasted flavorful and comforting, and the portions were generous. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

Great spot to grab good food. The service was excellent, especially since they remade the pre-made box for my Mom due to allergy issues to ensure there was no cross-contaminaton. Rose tteoboki with fish cake was also a great lunch option. Would definitely come back!

Really like it! Not sweet all sugared up food taste authentic to me. For being express it taste better than some of the dedicated restaurants in town. I will definitely return often.

Aesthetically pleasing! The staff was so informative about everything and the OWNER really went out of his way to make sure all the customers were happy. Keep in mind this an experience! Yes you can get ramen and make it home but its so much fun to join in the experience! I really recommend the tababoki stew and the bimbop? I may be incorrect in my spelling but all my family had a great experience!

Tommy’s Korean Express: A Hidden Gem in El Paso
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you are looking for authentic Korean food in El Paso, look no further than Tommy’s Korean Express. Having moved here from the Bay Area, California, we have been searching for high-quality Korean cuisine that rivals what we were used to—and this is it! My wife is originally from Korea, and she was genuinely impressed by the flavors here.

What Makes It Special:
Traditional Favorites: Their Bibimbap, Kimbap, and Japchae noodles are prepared perfectly. The Kimchi and traditional side dishes (Banchan) tasted fresh and homemade.

Unique Ramen Bar: They have a fantastic “Self-Serve Ramen Bar” where you can get creative and build your own custom soups or stir-fry dishes. It’s a fun, interactive experience we haven’t seen elsewhere.

The Treats: They offer a great selection of imported Korean drinks and snacks. Don’t leave without trying the Korean Fish Pastries (Bungeoppang) for dessert—they are cooked fresh and are the perfect sweet finish.

The atmosphere is welcoming, and the quality of the ingredients is top-notch. It truly feels like a “hidden gem” for foodies in the Southwest. I’ve uploaded several edited photos of the storefront and the dishes to give you a look at what to expect!

Highly recommended for anyone craving real-deal Korean flavors.

The Papazotes915 food reviews visited Tommy’s on the West Side. This place is amazing. The food is super delicious and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is awesome. Sung and his crew are the best. I had the Bimibop Bowl and also a Budalk Stir fry. The flavors are out of this world. I highly recommend this place.
