Stopped here, original destination closed for vacation. Great small shop. Service was a little slow but very busy on Saturday morning. Wanna go back and try a hoagie

1 star is too much!! They are absolutely rude and arrogant!! Called the place an order and the lady on the phone was so nasty!! It was like I was a bother. I order from there often and they are usually ok still have attitude but aren’t too bad. But today the lady was awful!!! Whoever owns this place should be ashamed of how their staff talk to people.

Tried for 20 minutes to get thru, drove there and still waited while 4 people were behind the counter and not a 1 even acknowledged our presence. Lady finally takes our order so we sit down to wait while we watch her touch money and then food with no gloves. Not to mention the continuous coughing over food as she walks around behind the counter still touching food. What used to be my favorite pizza spot has now hit the bottom of the list. Needless to say, we walked out with no regret!

The hoagie was pretty good, the 3 girls making the food were very nice, TINA is the reason for the 1 star, if I could put 5 negative stars I would and I will never eat at this establishment again all because of Tina. Idk if she’s the owner but her attitude to me was INSANLY IGNORANT!! Im 100% positive she has gotten told off numerous times while working! She needs to find employment where she does not interact with the public!

Called up to fix an order got ahold of Sharron she was extremely nasty on the phone not knowing that I’m a customer of 8 years get the same thing all the time. Same with my sister who used to work there. Went in to complain about how they were treating customers and was met with 2 lady’s one being Jessica’s sister who was extremely rude and ignorant towards me as well. FYI all of the food that we ordered today was not made correctly but the one cheesesteak just didn’t even look edible

I passed by here many times, today I decided to give it a try. I went in and ordered a Stromboli hoagie. Which still sounds amazing. I ordered a fountain Pepsi. Which was really flat. It tasted really awful. After waiting 40 minutes for one hoagie, I overheard another gentleman who ordered and something about a manager not being there for the staff to use the stove??? Regardless, Of the situation maybe tell the customers, that there is a situation, and there may be a wait. I then ask about my order because I’m waiting a very long time for one hoagie. I am then told that my first hoagie was burnt. And that it wouldn’t be much longer. I was pressed for time and after almost an hour I decided to just cancel everything. So this is just a review of my unpleasant experience. I unfortunately didn’t get to try the hoagies.

Pleasantly surprised, 2nd time around… Being a transplant from South Philly we tried the Italian hoagie everyone raves about a couple years back when we moved here, sadly not impressed, but understandably so.

Nice lil sandwhich spot we found on the way, authentic & real deal. Got the Italian deluxe hoagie, really good. Guers tea cartons & chocolate milks for under a dollar, it takes me back. Cash only but I had $12 only and still got plenty. Make the trip if you’re around & hungry. Service quick.

Sometimes they’re busy and you’ll need patience; but if you don’t think the food is worth the wait and the staff pleasant, go see a physician, you may be ill.
