Tommy’s was great. The sandwich was a tad small for the price but it was still a yummy sandwich (fried bologna) and the kids liked their chicken tenders and fries. The service was friendly and the food came out fast and hot. The inside is clean and welcoming and looked nice. Thanks for a great lunch!

My husband ordered fish sandwiche that came with nuggets of fish on it not a Patty. Hard to eat and not great. Myself and another friend had meatloaf with mashed potatoes and fried okra. All meals served on Styrofoam plates and had just microwaved it it seemed. Meatloaf was cold and I sent it back to heat up after I ate most of okra and potatoes. Unfortunately we won’t go back. Servers were very nice and friendly though!

Definitely won’t be returning… I ordered a patty melt with French fries and a Diet Coke with an ice water. The patty was way to small for the bread, I got like 9 fries and after drinking my beverages, they were never refilled. Owner walking around like he hasn’t got a clue… Only 2 waitresses with only 1 of them on the register so she can barely help her tables. Also I paid $19.00 for my LUNCH and that’s not including the $5.00 tip! I’m sorry but the price of food isn’t going up that much. Absolutely ridiculous…

I hate giving this place two stars, but I’m honestly being lenient with the two. This place used to be my go-to place when traveling back and forth from my hometown to Knoxville. Ever since the new owners have taken over the place has turned from a small town convenient store with a grill and a friendly atmosphere to basically a beer place with a few things and a grill and almost a stagnant atmosphere. The lady who prepared my wife and my food didn’t wear gloves other than to not get any flour on her hands. Once the flour was finished with the gloves came off and literally everything else was prepared bare handed. When we arrived there was a guy sitting at the counter having a hotdog and drinking a beer. This used to be a family friendly environment with even my daughter bragging about how nice the people was and how the atmosphere made her feel at ease and like she was family. Now I’m even afraid to take her to this place. It’s been an hour since we have ate and my wife has already gotten sick and my stomach is killing me. Not what it used to be. Fell from prime when new owners too over. Stay away.

I had a late lunch at Tommy’s Grill on Grove and decided on the hamburger steak with French fries and slaw. I had water to drink. It was a couple of days after Halloween, and in the spirit of the season, my server was dressed in a whimsical costume. The food was served after a reasonable wait. The hamburger steak and fries were hot and fresh. The slaw was of the chopped, coarse variety, prepared with mayonnaise. The steak was excellent. The current inflation in food prices was reflected on the check. With tax and gratuity, it was over $17.00.

The food is so good. Omelettes are amazing.
Gravy biscuits and a whole lot more. Open breakfast and lunch. Tommy’s should be a world wide name. I guarantee you will love the food and staff. Stop by on your way through Loudon and get a treat for your taste buds. You Will Enjoy.

All I got was a cheese burger and fries. The burger was good, fries were cooked but but not crispy. That might be a preference thing. If I would have known, I’m sure I could have asked for crisper fries.

This place is great! Everyone is very friendly. The food I have had is very yummy! Unfortunately I have not been able to go during normal business hours. The only times I have been are when they have stayed open late for a special thing for Modern Woodmen representative Brandon Millard. Thank you, Brandon!
