Food tastes great but the experience was not good since the cashier was careless and added an extra sandwich “Reuben” which we never got in the bag and never ordered. She was rude when asked over the phone about the same and instead of French Fries gave us Home Fries. Price on the display board was different than what she charged.

I never have a problem picking up food here. The owner is really nice, but the Asian lady today working at the counter needs to really work on her attitude problems. I didn’t know you were annoyed that customers come to spend money in your store that you technically don’t own you proceed to roll your eyes at me when I come to the counter to order then proceed to roll your eyes at me again when my son asks me for a doughnut work on your people skills part of working at a restaurant is Customer Service last time. I will be buying anything out of here along with having family or friends come Here. I felt absolutely disgusting and outrageous as a customer that has been coming here for over 15 years

Came here for late breakfast and sat with 2 cups of tea to work. Owner was rude and cursing at staff in the back loud enough for customers to hear.. he said loudly “you got this person sitting here for hours” clearly talking about myself despite me being a paying customer. A little while later I was kicked out for sitting too long .. mind you there was only 1 other table being used and plenty of space for others to sit .. food is ehhh not impressed by the bad attitude of the staff

Not first time here, I am sorry, but the chicken cutlet in the sandwich this morning was like a rubber gasket and I’ll stop there. The rest of the issues have already been covered in other reviews here and are mostly accurate. Had better experiences here more than a year ago, not sure what changed.

It was a terrible experience. The service was extremely poor. I called to place a pickup order, and the person who answered the phone—whether it was the owner or an employee—was very rude. My children have always been loyal customers, but after today, we will not be returning.

I dont understand why a deli would rather lose business then to replace the lady in the front super rude… nasty lady she might be the owners wife which would explain why she still there but dude dont run your deli to the ground for a bad apple

My husband and I love ordering from Tommy’s and the food is always delicious. However I think it’s important to note that the person answering the phone, comes off incredibly rude. Sometimes deterring us from even wanting to place an order. Which is a shame because the food is excellent. We placed a sandwich order at 2:40 and were rudely reminded that they close at 3:30. Google states that you close at 4.

The customer service from the lady at the front counter is horrible. She becomes flustered quickly and cannot handle the crowd. They need to hire someone else to interact with the customers.
