While on vacation we recently dined at this location again after having a prior positive experience there in Oct. We’ve always loved the fun Tommy Bahama restaurant food and atmosphere and we are also fans of their store merchandise. This dining experience however was less than memorable. I ordered the “lump blue crab cakes” and they came to the table as more of a flat patty crab spread, there was not one lump of crab to be found anywhere. What a total disappointment. We also ordered the scallop sliders with specific instructions to leave one of them without the sauce. The scallop slider plate arrived and they were all covered with sauce. We addressed it with the waitress and she acknowledged that it was a mistake then asked us to pick one of the sliders up off of the plate and hand it to her and she’d bring back another.. hmmm now that’s interesting and also unsanitary. I can honestly say we eat out often and I have never seen that before. The restaurant needs to change the menu description of their crab cakes if they have changed the type of crabmeat or recipe to a spread and not lump crab cakes there is a huge difference also, the servers need training on proper food handling and removing food from the tables. Servers should never remove food from a table off of a plate after it was served, talked over, and picked up bare handed others. Consistency, food quality and good service keeps customers. We may return to the location again because we love the area and the vibe but will not order those menu items again.

This was my first visit at the new location. I had been to the old one many times in years past. The restaurant is beautiful, and the vibe is upscale yet relaxed. We had the ahi tuna tacos and tortilla soup for starters. Tortilla soup is the best I’ve ever had, I was glad to see it still on the menu and same as before. I miss the warm, fresh baked bread though. There is an option to buy biscuits, but it says they have pimento cheese and I’m not a fan. We had the rib eye and filet entrees. I will say they cooked a medium well filet so well, it was perfect!! We took home a chocolate dessert (I cannot remember the exact name of it) & it was amazing! Service was a little slow but the restaurant was packed; and the servers were friendly.

Nice experience at the new Tommy Bahama location and our waitress was super nice, I wish I remembered her name but she was blonde and very sweet so 5 starts to her! We went for my mother in laws birthday and the food was tasty, a great price and arrived quickly! I highly recommend the miss sunshine drink, it was incredible and our family enjoys the seafood pasta as well! I liked the mango salad and added chicken as the pineapple crème brûlée is a must! We have been here many times and will be back! Again our waitress was awesome and if you worked on the 14th of oct in the evening and served a birthday party of 6 you were amazing and so sweet <3

We came hoping to enjoy happy hour deals. We were sat in the back patio area, which was not an area included in the happy hour prices. Fair enough, we didn’t make reservations, and the seating was limited in the bar area. They did try to reseat us in the bar area. So we ordered a couple drinks and paid our tab. They were very understanding and nice about why we didn’t stay. We will probably come back now that we know how it works.

The new location is lovely with teak wood accents and nautical colors and decor. The open air breezing through was so refreshing. Crab cakes and shrimp topped Caesar salad was excellent. Our server KEVIN was super nice and helped me upload the rewards app that gave us $10 off our check. The restaurant is very spacious with indoor and outside seating.

I heard this restaurant was just opened at St Armands circle, so I had to check it out. I love vibe in this area and the restaurant didn’t disappoint. I decided to have lunch and was able to get a seat at the bar. The decor is very pretty. I started with the “world famous ” coconut shrimp appetizer. It was delicious. My server Ashley was amazingly friendly and helpful. She recommended the filet tacos and they were outstanding. I could find no flaws with this place. I definitely recommend and I’ll be back for dinner soon!

Love to come here for a nice lunch or a relaxed dinner. Their fish tacos are great! It is a nice restaurant with the ability to sit outside if you please. The piña colada cake is fantastic!

My wife & I had a late lunch/early dinner today at the new St Armands location. Very nice atmosphere. We ordered Parmesan-Crusted Sanibel Chicken and Thai Shrimp & Scallops. Our meals were outstanding. We decided to take our favorite desserts home and have them later – a slice of Pina Colada Cake & Malted Chocolate Pie. Our server, Brayan (Brian) made our visit very relaxing and enjoyable. He also helped us set up our Island Club Rewards membership. Brayan was great. We are happy that Tommy Bahama is open again.
