If you haven’t been you are missing out.
We stumbled upon Tommy’s today and what a treat. We used to be regulars at the Las Vegas Tommy Restaurant so we are super excited to have one close to us now. This is a smaller menu but just as fantastic.
If you never had the ice tea you are missing out on the best thing ever.
The staff was super awesome so helpful and welcoming. You don’t find great service like this to often in Florida. It honestly was refreshing. The atmosphere is awesome and of course being Tommy why wouldn’t it be that way.

I visited the Tommy Bahama Bar today. Service was exceptional, everyone was attentive & friendly. The food was OK, had a few issues. Outdoor seating was nice and not too hot. Overall nice place to visit for a quick bite 🙂

Hadn’t been here in several months and it’s markedly better with table service instead of the previous order at the counter. Real glasses and plates are a welcome bonus as well. Fajitas were new to the menu (at least for me) and were excellent. This was a great meal and we are so happy we tried it again. I think we will be regulars now!

My experience at Tommy Bahamas yesterday afternoon I went for lunch with my daughter, first time being there, and as we were seated, we waited to have water poured in our glass. There was dirt floating in it so we poured it out, poured another cup from the picture and still there was dirt floating in it. Finally when our drinks came, they only brought one drink and it was a the wrong drink It wasn’t what we ordered. They didn’t brought the second drink. At that time we were frustrated. We went to the hostess stand, and we told her that we were going to leave. We were no longer gonna stay because of our experience we were having. She apologized and we left. We got more than two stores down where you could not even see Tommy Bahama, the hostess come running after us . “Do you want your meal to go?” And we said no, we know longer want our meal we said we were leaving. We weren’t satisfied
with service and the dirty water. “She said so you’re not paying for your meal” and we said we canceled everything. We explained our experience we were not satisfied. She gave us an attitude and said “I cannot believe you’re not paying for your meal” and gave us an attitude and said a few other words and to mention that she chased us down the mall without our food and it wasn’t ready to ask us if we were going to pay for our food. I’m very discouraged with this restaurant and can’t believe the rudeness and being in the middle of the mall having a disagreement with the hostess about my meal. When we left the order was just placed they had plenty of time to cancel it.

The bar is super cute, but from the moment I walked in and sat at the bar I felt a bit overlooked by the bartenders. Someone came and gave me water, but after that no one ever came back over to ask if I wanted food or drinks. I was getting ready to move on to the next bar and then Mikal came in from the kitchen (Coming off her break?). Not only did she immediately greet me with a warm smile, but he also managed to balance her professional duties with a genuine, engaging attitude that made me feel like she was happy I was there.
I ordered a margarita and a steak flatbread. Mikal checked in with me multiple times, ensured my glass was never empty, and took the time to chat without being overbearing. It’s clear that Mikal cares about making every guest feel welcomed, and that truly elevated my experience at the bar.
In a space where attention can sometimes feel divided, Mikal’s service was the kind of hospitality that turns a regular night out into something memorable. Despite the initial setback with the other bartenders, Mikal’s exceptional customer service won me over, and I’ll definitely be back 🙂

The new establishment’s decor was tastefully done, combining elements of island charm and sophistication; a serene and tranquil environment. The outdoor covered patio space was the perfect setting to enjoy a drink with good company(those you bring as well as those you meet); spacious layout, relaxing setting with fresh air and adjustable cover options for the frequently changing Florida weather. Plus the addition of live music definitely enhanced the overall experience.
What truly set this experience apart was the personal touch provided by the staff(Justin, Anthony, Keith, Josseline, Camila just to name a few). knowledgeable about the menu, inventory, and took the time to ensure guests had a memorable visit. Attentive, going above and beyond to accommodate requests and preferences. Personable, genuine and professionalism added so much to my overall experience.
As for the menu; whether you’re a fan of seafood, burgers, or vegetarian cuisine, there was something for everyone. The dishes were expertly prepared in both taste and presentation; fresh ingredients that left me happy with the items I chose (this visit: the Coconut Shrimp and the Ahi Tuna Mini Tacos).

My husband and I had an early dinner this evening. We ordered coconut shrimp. The shrimp came out cold I was really hungry. Anyway we waited a half an hour for his hamburger. I had to ask them to serve his hamburger sitting back there waiting for my My fish tacos to be ready. But they were gonna leave his burger and sit there and wait for my fish checkers to come out when they came out 15 Minutes to 20 minutes after his hamburger with cold french The hamburger by the way was Luke warm. Would’ve been going to McDonald’s.

As a restaurant owner I give the service (Tommy Susko) 5 star! Tommy was personable, attentive and really went above and beyond.
My only real complaint was they didn’t have enough staff, when I walked in it was difficult to find a clean table. I immediately went to Tommy and he took care of us, after looking around I realized there were on 3 staff on duty,. How do you expect 3 people to run the front of the house? The staff they had were loosing their minds trying to make everyone happy.
All In all I would go back, but hire a few more staff members because you are wearing them thin.
