Wow!!!! Such an amazing pie. I’ve only really had major chain pizza, but I want to be more intentional with where I spend my money this year in supporting the communities I love. This pizza blew me out of my shoes, socks, pants, literally everything because what!!! Y U M! I absolutely recommend visiting to try out their pizza. I’m a boring plain cheese kinda guy, just dont like toppings on my pizza. Lots of places overdo it by having too much cheese, the wrong cheese, or too many different kinds. This pizza is genuinely the best pizza I have ever had. I absolutely will be coming back. Prices are fair and valid, I also tried the cheesecake which was very yummy too. The lobby here is pretty small because they’re limited to space given being located in St. Paul, but theres still plenty of seating. I’d recommend reserving seats online if you want to ensure you can dine in. Taking to-go is always good too. I placed my order at about 7:20, and it was done and ready by 7:43! Super fast given me being a douche coming right at close (they close at 8) and the service was so amazing. Gentleman was so kind, speedy, and considerate with how he treated me and gave me my items. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I will absolutely be coming back. Thank you Tommie’s Pizza!!

No no no no nooooo! I’m new to the area and wanted NYC pizza so opened up Google maps and found this place. They advertised pizza by the slice, in there overview they say they sell NYC style pizza and considering all the good reviews, I decided to come here. Major mistake!

You want the real pepperoni that REAL pizzerias use, the kind that cups up when baked, this place doesnt have it. They use the cheap Little Caesers kind. You want a simple beautiful authentic pizza sauce made with San Marzano or Alta Cucina tomatoes, this place doesnt have that either. Its tomato paste based. The cheese is cheap trash with very little of it, same with the sauce (it was so light it baked off in the oven).

To sum it up, I was extremely disappointed and will never be back. Very cheap low quality food that is overpriced. What are all these reviewers thinking??! If you want authentic NYC pizza, DO NOT come here!

Hey Tommie! Thanks for the best taco pizza and these Selby wings are the bomb!! By the slice or by the New York pie! Lots of specialty choices of pizza, lunch specials and get your fingers dirty wings!! New spot for me and I can’t wait to try something else! Carrot cake for dessert and that’s Tommie’s! You are genius with a crust and a fresh tasting, zesty sauce. Thanks for 7 years of great food!
Stop in all!

Despite a horrible delivery issue, the cold pizza was still better than 99% of MN offerings and I’ve lived here 55 years. Thank you for the great pizza and wings but please lose the crappy delivery service and hire your own drivers!!!
After calling in, they started the process to refund the order. Over the top great service!

Ordered delivery, cheese pizza and jerk wings. The pizza was very good, as a native New Yorker the pizza reminded me of NY style. The wings were also very good, I am critical when it comes to wings and these were some of the best I’ve had in awhile. The wings were seasoned and cooked perfectly and they were a good size as well. I would definitely recommend this place and I plan to go back!

I ordered a large 3 meat pizza! It was soooo good! The crust was perfectly crunchy but somehow the pizza was soft. You can tell a lot of love and care goes into the crafting of each pizza. The quality has always been consistent and the customer service is A1. I will definitely be back!!

Absolutely delicious pizza! The crust is really delicious and the bbq pizza is perfect. Lots of very thinly sliced onion, it’s the best flavor. Will go back again and again and everyone is so helpful and friendly!

Went in to grab a slice. My mom got the buffalo wings. Both were amazing!!
Not sure if it was the owner who attended us, but he was friendly.
For sure want to come back to order more pizza with the whole family.

I was excited to support this business after trying a slice of their pizza at an event and loving it. Unfortunately, it turns out their delivery is “powered by DoorDash,” so I paid an astronomical delivery fee for horrible service. My delivery person made four additional stops on their way to me, turning what should have been a ten-minute delivery into a forty-minute one. I paid $36 for one pizza and it arrived cold and chewy from being in the bag too long. The microwave didn’t help because the crust had become hard. As someone who is inclined to order pizza specifically to avoid the nightmare of dealing with DoorDash, I find this offensive and unacceptable. If a pizza place is too stingy to hire their own delivery guy, there’s clearly something wrong with them.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza. Spent $36.27 with delivery, and honestly, it was mid at best. Everything about it could use some work. The dough tries to mimic New York style, but it lacks that fresh, airy texture you expect from a real NYC pie. The sauce tasted more like straight tomato paste, which no true New York slice would ever use. The cheese had a waxy feel, and while the pepperoni was decent, it wasn’t top-shelf quality either.

It feels like too many spots in the Twin Cities get away with serving mid food and calling it “authentic.” If you’re looking for genuinely good pizza, Tonos, Punch, and Dark Horse are solid choices, fresh, flavorful, and consistently good without overcharging. There might be others out there, but these three are easy wins every time.
