So we ordered a Sapparoni pizza. It’s supposed to be a large with Parmesan, mozzarella pepperoni and salami. Well this is what we got. Let’s just say, we were not happy with it. Barely any sauce on it. Just a few pepperonis. We were so excited to try it based off of the reviews but were disappointed. On top of that the workers looked stoned out of their minds. Very upset.

Perfect. The pizza was so fresh and delicious. I had never had a Italian creme soda but I can’t imagine having a root bear float if it’s not from there. The tea paired well with the soup and pizza. As a dessert I tried their pb & j calzone and it’s the perfect afternoon snack. 20/10.

It begins with a NYC West village atmosphere when you approach the little store front looking restaurant, entering into art filled decor brick walls bringing upon a calming, warming effect of relaxation almost immediately.

Decided to try this place. Not too busy when we got there. Ordered a salad and a pizza. Salad and drinks took about 15 mins to come out. Salad was good. But Then it took a full hour from ordering for our pizza to come out. If we had stopped after the salad, the review would be a 4 star. But that long of a wait for a lackluster pizza, just killed my opinion of Tomatoes and Flames.

Honestly this place sucked but it has potential to be very good if they went the extra mile to make it good. The crust was light and crispy which I liked but the pizza itself was just ok. A frozen pizza would have been just as good. The service sucked. I’m not quite sure how this place has stayed open as long as it has. Probably won’t be back unless they make some changes

I had seen good reviews so we decided to try it on our way to the airport. Big mistake. Our orders for 4 of us came out one, then almost 10 minutes later 2 more, then when everyone was almost done the last one came out. The appetizer came out with the 2nd batch. There were at least 3 people working and we were the only ones there. I’d hate to see it if they were busy! The food was just ok, but not worth the price or time.

My friends and I came in for dinner to try this new restaurant that we had heard good things about but left pretty disappointed. The wait was long but we didn’t mind. The food came staggered so we enjoyed it over conversation as did most other people who were seated around us. The young man serving us was nice and respectful, apologizing for the wait and checking on us when we needed stuff. The main problem was that the blonde woman in the back was seen multiple times being rude and nasty to the young boys running food. It put a very bad taste in my mouth and will cause me to never return. Sorry, the food was good though

Waited 50 minutes for a pizza, it was supposed to not have green peppers on it and it did. They take the pizza back pick off some but not all (I could have done that myself) of the green peppers and cover it in cheese and put it back in the oven instead of making a new one. Waited another 12 minutes and still had green peppers on my pizza. Salad was good but pizza was not with the wait.

Went here for lunch on a Friday afternoon. Love the location. Parking was really easy especially considering the central location. Perfect decor for a pizza place. A pretty good place for a casual date. We got the supremo pizza to share. Crust was awesome although a little soggy in the middle. Also the pizza was warm not hot. Still pizza was still pretty good and the 12 inch was the right amount for two to share. The Italian soda was great and really liked that they had a large assortment of flavors to choose from. Service was prompt and friendly. I definitely will try this place again.

Chicken, bacon, and ranch pizza is delicious! We usually get the Margherita, but decided to try something different. We’ll worth the less-than-15-minute wait. Prices aren’t bad either.
