As a Uruguayan, I really appreciate a good steak — and **Tomahawk Steakhouse** absolutely delivered. I loved sitting at the counter with the **grill right in front of me**, watching the chefs at work while enjoying an **excellent Italian wine**.
The meat was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and the whole experience felt authentic and warm. A truly **outstanding dining experience** — can’t wait to go back!

We had the cowboy steak for lunch for sharing with my partner. The main dish was generous with quantity and everything did look and tasted great, which most importantly the steak was cooked to perfection. Lunch menu is a great value. Service was excellent. Definitely it is one of the best places to enjoy a good steak. Very recommended.

Probably the best steak I’ve ever had in terms of quality flavour and cooked to perfection. Sides let it down in terms of over flavouring, my opinion only, extra pesto on the potatoes could be right up someone else’s street.
Oyster starter was fab and the mushroom really unusual and the accompanying sauce.
Great service and only negative was the heat, really needs some air conditioning.
Good selection of wines not just at extortionate prices, good value bottles also available.
Return visit definitely on the cards, maybe not on a hot day though!

This place has definitely made it onto our list of the best spots for meat in Dublin.
We ordered the T-bone steak cooked rare, and it was absolutely delicious. It was perfectly seasoned — something that’s not easy to get right.
One thing I’d never seen before: they bring the different cuts of meat to your table so you can see their size and fat content. I thought it was a great idea because it really helps set the right expectations for your order.
For starters, we had the octopus and the croquettes — both were full of flavour and really tasty.
As sides, we chose the onion fries, which came in a very generous portion, and the potato mille-feuille, which was beautifully crispy, just the way we like it. Everything came with a selection of dips, and of course, being good Argentinians, there was chimichurri too.
The service was excellent — a perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space to enjoy our meal. It was actually my husband’s birthday, and they surprised us with a portion of ice cream and cookies with a candle.

Took my sister out to Tomahawk’s. We didn’t make a reservation, still they had a nice table for us.
We ordered food to share, such as the filet steak med. rare (absolutely delicious) and some sides.
Quality of Food is absolutely amazing!
The different sides we ordered in addition to the stake just made our dinner to an unforgettable evening at Tomahawks.
Plus out waiter just like the whole staff is so friendly and accommodating.
You can tell it’s not a cheap fast food restaurant – of course because of the selection of premium quality steaks and food in generell, the Ambiente and high-profile service you can expect a higher bill, which is understandable.
We felt very welcome.
Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to vegetarians, but indeed to all steak lovers who are looking for quality rather than quantity!

I have just woke up at five am talking about how unbelievably good our meal was last night, it was the last thing I thought about and now the first thing !! We eat out A LOT in a variety of different styles of restaurants but this place has blown my mind equally with the unquestionable quality of the food and the level of service, I am not one to jump on and leave a review and I will be sorry if we can’t get a table again in here because it has made our trip to Dublin !. Thank you to all the staff for being just another level at what you do, you have made a lover of all things beef (farmer) extremely happy, lindsey x

Epic steak. Trout starter lovely. Cheesecake dessert poor and a bit lazy. Wine list average. Thats my 12oz fillet medium rare for €62 which i though was excellent value given the quality of the meat and cooking (in my top 3 steaks EVER). I can still taste that char…..

Great atmosphere and great service. The food was good, I liked that they showed you the uncooked steak although this display is purely for experience purposes (they don’t serve the actual steak they show you). The steak itself was fine, but nothing extra special. I had the striploin with a peppercorn sauce which was very flavourful, I do recommend adding a sauce.
The atmosphere is fantastic, I really liked that they displayed the open fire grill at the bar. The grill gives off a ton of heat which must be great in winter.

Boyfriend booked us in for Valentines day. Obviously very busy but staff managed it well. Great atmosphere in here. Steak was the best I have had in Dublin (it would want to be for the price). Pepper sauce was cold and whiskey sours weren’t great would be my only complaints. Everything else was great, but would expect no complaints for the price.

Food and service was top notch! I ordered 14 oz Delmonico steak with Jameson Peppercorn sauce. It was incredibly juicy with or without the sauce but my goodness the combo was amazing!! I enjoyed a glass of Clover Club. It was not syrupy nor too sweet. The venue was nice but hard to spot off the street. Wish there was a nice view but despite that, the food and service is very well worth every dime!
