Smelled wonderful and was crowded so decided to give it a try while visiting canton for canton lights. The service was terrible, and the food was even worse. We ordered a sampler platter for appetizer. Potato skin were dry and overlooked, dynamite balls were slimy in the middle and not heated all the way through. The steaks were absolutely awful. All 3 steaks were overdone and tasted like jerky when we ordered medium rare. We waited an hour and a half to even get an appetizer, so sending steak back wasn’t an option. I showed the waitress the pitiful overcoooked filet that was too tough to cut. She didn’t offer any solution except to discount it 25%. By then we were so tired and disappointed with our food that we paid and left. We love steak restaurants, but this one was terrible and deserves a poor rating.

Had the redfish, was wonderful. I plan on making this a permanent stop on my way to,and from florida. I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. They have a great bourbon selection, however they were out of Basil Hadins and I had to drink a beer instead…food great, service great, atmosphere great, only regret is I live so far away.

Food was good ,steak was a bit overcooked for med. rare service was a little slow, but they were packed. Local musicians made it a great atmosphere. Would go back if I were in the area again.

A bit late for our schedule when we arrived so we ate light. The owner apologized for slow service due to the chef quiting the day before. Owner was chef that night and the food was really good. We will go again soon at an earlier hour.

I had the daily lunch special (hamburger steak, mashed potatoes, black eyed peas and beans) and it was AMAZING. Our server, Shane, was also great.
