The service was pretty mid. It was a laughable wait time. They were not staffed with enough workers manning the line… There was basically one woman managing the whole line, and people were pulling up. There was no urgency with getting people there and they ran out of a few main ingredients. The food was ok, not worth the wait. I have to say though, the staff was nice, just not trained in restaurant operations. At least the seating area is nice.

The chicken and beef were both horrible. They tasted like something that came out of sewage pipes. For something this pricey, I expected better. They also sell you cheese sticks (4 sticks) for around 16 dollars, but the cheese sticks literally do not have cheese- or at least the cheese is dried and disgusting.

Obviously overpriced and mediocre theme park food, but compared to most of the other options at the park, the prices for a bowl are actually somewhat reasonable next to the $14 ice creams. My bowl was $20 after tax. A reasonably healthy option too compared to all the deep fried fair food.

Great experience here. Family and I came on a busy day so they were out of silverware, and Kolby ran down to chick-fil-a to get us some. I wanted to say thank you again for going above and beyond what’s required. Aside from that, the food was good too. Nice to see some different foods available. Hopefully someone reads this and recognizes Kolby for being an exceptional employee.

Every table dirty and needs cleaned. Disgusting! No napkins available. Over charged for food. Cashier not paying attention to her job. Chicken looks disgusting!

The food here is really good and also fresh. Everything I tried had a lot of flavor and was probably some of the most healthy and filling food at the park. You can also get a good view of the orangutans while eating. There are bowls that have cilantro rice and even Empanadas, which I didn’t try, however the empanada with chocolate inside (Hazelnut Empanada) which is a dessert was really good.
