I cant believe people say Tom’s is inconsistent if you want a consistent pie every time just ask for it well done. The pizza is phenomenal easily top 5 in rochester and the owner is super nice. My family has been getting toms since they had both locations the spencerport location was top tier sad that they closed but Im glad they are still around!

I also don’t know where some of the negative reviews are coming from, but I got a pizza from here last night and it was excellent, as was the one I got here last week. It took me back to the 70’s when you couldn’t find a bad pizza if you tried. It was old school Tom & Nancy’s all the way around. And I also don’t know where the high prices stuff is coming from – they’re actually a bit below market price nowadays. I have been going to another shop in this neighborhood for a very long time, which has gone downhill as of late (the past 4-5 times), so this is now my new go-to for pizza. Keep up the good work guys!

We have been customers for over 50 years. Everyone was so excited our mother ordered Tom and Nancy’s pizza until we started to eat it. We called to complain because the crust seriously over cooked and obviously the oven was in need of a cleaning. Mom called about her concern and they would do NOTHING about it because it was half gone. It was half gone because we served it to everyone and tossed.the rest. They should have replaced it, no matter what condition their burnt pizza was in. So sad this has happened to our favorite pizzeria. 50 years and treated like garbage, kind of like the pizza we got.

Pizza is tasteless and cut weird, with barely any cheese. The wings are cooked perfectly but the sauce tastes watered down and they served carrot sticks instead of celery? I feel ashamed of myself for cheating on Cordellos, whom still has the best pizza in Rochester in my opinion.

When I was a teenager I had my first apartment on Winchester St. On the corner of Winchester & Dewey Ave was Tom & Nancy’s the best pizza ever! That was over 40 yrs ago. My husband and I were so excited to find Tom & Nancy’s Pizza recently on Stone Rd. of course we ordered one it was delicious just as my husband & I remembered maybe a little better if that’s possible!!

Only a few Pizza Shops in Rochester make Small Pizzas. Tom & Nancy’s makes them, thus a perfect dinner for one. Sometimes with leftovers for lunch the next day.

Great food. I enjoy all of their stuff. Not many places sell small pizzas anymore, as silly as that sounds. Grab a personal size pizza while I’m at work and I can feed myself the whole day! Wing sauces are great. Chicken fingers are high quality, too. Never had a bad meal.

Sunday I made my annual trip to Tom and Nancy’s and it’s nowhere not even close to what it once was… it was a tasteless horrible pizza.
