TOOK AN HOUR TO GET MY ORDER FROM A PLACE 8 min away! All because they don’t care.
The pretzel is good but the cheese sauce and service?! Needs work! I ordered 60 min ago on doordash and the driver arrived just for the food to have not been started. This is unacceptable.
She claimed the tablet died but that was over 40 min pushing an hour now. You should’ve had it up and running much sooner.
They aren’t even giving me anything extra for wasting my time or the dashers time.
I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone honestly.
The cheese sauce looks really old and comes cold

This coffee shop had lots of great options, from coffees, to teas, to matches, and smoothies that were delicious! They also had an assortment of food from pretzels to hot dogs to breads that are like decorated French toast!
They were well worth a try and a fun place to visit. We will be back again!

Great atmosphere for studying!
Got to try the tortilla pizza with corn and sausage and although it sounds weird and random it was surprisingly really great! The tortilla was soft and it tasted a little buttery but crunchy. Not heavy, very light but filling! Would definitely recommend and try again. Haadi was super cool made the place feel welcoming and friendly. Coffee was great too!

Great little coffee shop. I was in the mood for something non caffeinated and ordered a Chai Tea Latte. It was delicious.

I used to love coming here. A couple of years ago, the food and drinks were great and the owner was always kind and welcoming. I recently returned after a few weeks away and was shocked by how much has changed.
The staff seemed disorganized, the service was extremely slow, and the employees were rude to customers. What upset me the most was overhearing staff talking badly about me in another language, assuming I wouldn’t understand.
I’ve supported this place for years and often recommended it to friends, but I don’t feel comfortable coming back anymore. I hope the owner or manager reads this and seriously addresses the behavior and training of the staff.

I’m really getting more and more disappointed with this place. I used to be a regular, coming here two or three times a week, but everything has changed. My favorite pizza has become almost inedible, and they don’t even bother to cut it. The man at the front counter taking orders looked extremely impatient and rude. I won’t be coming back.

Their bakery is amazing! Everything I have tried is amazingly delicious! Service is just phenomenal; the baristas are so helpful and great at explaining the menu if you are new to Tom N Toms. Nice relaxing atmosphere in the store too. Among their drinks I really liked the hot citron tea. I was really looking forward to the taro and sweet potato lattes, but both of them were severely lacking in flavor, and what little flavor there was, was concentrated in the bottom of the cup. That being said, I would definitely come back!

Came here a while back with a friend, and we had a great time! The vibe here is super chill, and it seems like a nice place to study or just hang out. I ordered the taro milk tea, and we also split the cookie butter toast. Both were tasty! We would definitely come back.
