Tonight was our first visit to this restaurant. The service was very good from the beginning to the end. The dining room is very clean and because they have installed acoustical tile, you can actually have conversation. The best part was the food. I had a steak salad, which was fantastic and my wife had the baby back ribs, which were the best we have had in a long time. Without question, we will be returning to this restaurant.

Only a portion of the parking lot is paved. Be careful with older folks. Or drop them off at the front.
Pizza was good. Loaded potatoes were dry.
Our waiter was difficult to kind at times. He forgot to bring our drink orders twice.

First visit here.. very impressed with the menu…I was with a large group , 16 people, I ordered the special…Parm crusted salmon ,wild rice, and Italian style green beans. All were outstanding. The salad prior was also impressive. I heard the potatoe soup was excellent. All the other entrees ordered by the group looked delicious. I know I’ll be back !!!!

I’m picky about my five-star reviews so don’t be too concerned. On my last visit the place had a lively crowd bus lane in enjoying dinner with sports on the TVs the olympics. The food I had steak medallions it was definitely worth coming back. A little lacking on the service, minor things but they could tighten that up

I’ve been coming to Tom Kelly’s for the past two years now. I don’t live in New Lenox, but I always stop here before I’m seeing a movie at the theater next door.
The restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous on the outside and inside. Also, the atmosphere is always relaxing and never loud. Even on times when it’s busy. I used to frequent a certain chain restaurant nearby, but it was ALWAYS loud, the service was never good (the servers seemed to avoid customers instead checking in on them), and the beer selection seemed to never change.
The service here is always fantastic. I think I’ve had the same three servers every time I’ve been here. I always sit at the bar and have a couple beers and an appetizer before my showtime. The two ladies and dude that serve me are always friendly and frequently check-in to see if everything is all good.
Speaking of the bar, the craft beer selection here is always outstanding! I’ve never ordered a meal as I always save room for popcorn for the movie, but any appetizers I’ve had are always great. The cheese sticks are excellent!

Big disappointment. This business is a DISHONEST BUSINESS .
Customers should be notified that if you use a CC there’s a 3% service charge INSTEAD automatically charging customers on the bill like everyone uses CC. We paid cash and they didn’t take off the 3% charge. It’s very dishonest way of doing business is done especially when you are paying HIGH prices on the food that’s a 1 star quality.
What ever happened to 15% tip rules???? Now this business is asking 20% ?WOW WOW WOW! If service was outstanding ya I agree 20,25,30% tips.
Just disgusting. $17 dollars for 3 taco’s while no flavors or dry steak. $15 dollars for dry burgers.

Waited 20 minutes, waiters never came to the table despite passing us by the entire time. We politely waved the hostess down to make sure that we weren’t forgotten. She went and spoke to one of the waiters who shrugged us off, then passed by the table multiple more times. He never stopped to see us. We waited for another 10 minutes before we finally got up and left. Ruined our night!
