If I could give them zero stars I would. I called in a delivery order, for one large cheese pizza. I went over the gratuity and delivery instructions, with the lady that took my order. After waiting over an HOUR, I called to check on the status of my order. They told me they accidentally put it in as a pickup order, and they would send it out as soon as possible. I asked them to please remake the order at least, as they didnt offer any type of resolve/or correction. They said they would. With in 10 mins my order was at my door, cold. I had to reheat my ” fresh pizza”.
Pizza ovens run between 500°F-550°F, and pizzas take anywhere from 15 min-20mins to bake. Explain to me how they preped, baked, and delivered a fresh pizza in 10 mins? Also, the ticket on the pizza said delivery on it with my call in time of, 6:15p.m. . They lied about the mistake, then lied about remaking it. I made wrote my complaints on their facebook page during this entire situation. I called them and asked for a refund after they delivered my old, cold pizza. When I checked back on their Facebook, my complaint and another ladies complaint had been removed. Thankfully I have screenshots and copies of everything. Think people should know how they do business.

Restaurant is small but foods always good. I only ate one thing I would not recommend the choc cake, I thought it was frozen it wasn’t it was stale, hard gross. The service is excellent.

Great find! Nice little local place. The waitress was excited we were there to dine in and was always attentive to us. We ordered a supreme stromboli and a couple of side salads. The side salads weren’t on the menu but she assured us they would make them. We enjoyed the food immensely. The veggies in the salad and the stromboli were very fresh and tasty. The sauce was perfectly seasoned. The salads and splitting a small stromboli was almost perfect for me and my wife. We were disappointed that they were out of cheesecake and ordered an alternate. The waitress came back doubly excited saying she found another cheesecake. So we had cheesecake to top off a very nice meal.

So, me and the fam were on vaca camping nearby and found ourselves looking for some pizza which is our normal thing to do. It’s always fun to camp rustically and to cook over a fire but you then just have a hankering for food that’s cooked by somebody else. It has been our Norm that when camping, we take one night and go to a local pizza joint. Well, the last pizza joint that we have frequently gone to has closed permanently and that’s unfortunate because it was a nice place (see other review for reference). Last year we tried a pizza joint near to our original, preferred, pizza joint and it did not have the same value as we had hoped. So, this year we started looking around and noticed Toledo Pizza II in Fort Loudon and even though it didn’t look like much from the outside we decided to give it a chance. Sometimes good things come in unassuming packages which we have found to be also true of pizza joints. I’m not sure what else to say besides it was really good pizza, it was really good service, and we will return in the future. Of course, I have to find out where the original Toledo Pizza might be or if the name refers to an establishment that’s actually nearby or in Toledo, Ohio or even Toledo, Italy (the mother country).

We order delivery here weekly! Food is always hot and fresh. Pizza is absolutely amazing. I haven’t ordered one thing from pizza, pasta, to sandwiches that weren’t good. The staff is amazing and always friendly. This is my go to pizza place in the area. Keep it up guys! 🙂

I order bacon cheese fries from here often. tonight they skimped the fries hard and there was only about half the usual amount. Very disappointed and certainly not worth what I paid with this amount. The amount should be consistent and Corners should not be cut even if customers order late. Unfortunately I didn’t open my food until I got home so I didn’t notice in time.

We order from this place all the time and I always get the tenders they changed the recipe because these aren’t chicken tenders there chicken fingers with the grinded up chicken like a nugget. Absolutely disgusting and we won’t be going back

Honestly it’s been hit or miss for me with this place. I’m doing this review for the stellar delivery driver. I don’t know her name but she’s a Hispanic lady with dark shoulder length hair and she’s the sweetest. If her boss reads this you should definitely give that woman a raise because she’s awesome at her job. She was so fast and so friendly as she’s been every time she delivered food to me. Very pleasant and sweet it was a pleasure to interact with her. Thank you for your wonderful service ma’am
