The quality of food and service was wonderful. The hibachi salmon & steak (rare) did not disappoint. We also liked being able to taste the freshness of the cooked veggies & enjoyed the quality of their soup.
PS: when God supplys it, they gather it. He opens His hand to feed them and they are richly satisfied (104:28).

We got takeout. We got chicken bowls and steak bowls and shrimp bowl, everything tasted old and burnt. We also got the gyoza appetizer, the only edible thing, just tasted like regular, how it’s supposed to taste, but basic. Chicken is rubbery & honestly didn’t look appetizing. Shrimp is tiny, looks like bagged grocery store shrimp & tasted very very old. I don’t recommend the food. The lady on the phone was nice. We paid about $60 for 4 bowls and an appetizer. Wasted.

Placed a takeout order for dinner and they messed up and gave me the wrong plate. No big deal mistakes happen so I asked for my food that I ordered and paid for to be made. The girl said hold on let me talk to my manager. Put me on hold and before she even came back I knew the manager wouldn’t even talk claimed too busy, and told me they would fix it tomorrow and she printed my order and made sure I could get it tomorrow since their mess up. Whattt?? So I just wait until tomorrow to eat my dinner? That is the most unprofessional answer I’ve ever gotten. YOU MAKE A MISTAKE YOU FIX IT, NOT TELL CUSTOMER OH SORRY WE ARE TOO LAZY TO TURN THE GRILL ON AND FIX WHAT YOU PAID FOR AND DO OUR JOB. Sorry isn’t even appropriate for something they absolutely could have fixed and they weren’t closed yet either might I add so why is the grill off? Even if it was turn it on and do your job and fix your mess up. Simple! Shows how little they truly care about their customers especially as often as we use to eat there and support them. Very disappointed in manager and this business and you have lost my support and business. I understand everyone makes mistakes no big deal I completely understand BUT YOU FIX THEM not tell someone come back for their dinner the next day, especially when you had more than 30 minutes until closing at least.

My first time eating here and I was disappointed. I’ve heard people say it was good and I’ve heard people say it was bad. I ordered chicken and rice bowl with vegetables. What I received was wrong. I got was some type of chicken, rice, a lot of onions, and a few bell peppers. The chicken was not good, like it had been heated up in a microwave so it needed a lot of sauce. The rice was soggy and some of the onions were tender and some of them were crispy so I took all of the onions out. My experience was bad overall. They had a grade 91. This will not be my first choice anymore. The food did not deserve that much $10 for one small bowl.

Well I have to update this review… The pork egg roll was too greasy to eat. Hibachi Shrimp … It looked and tasted steamed… Steak was a cut chewy and overdone. Seasoning… Wasn’t anything
That did justice to the name “Tokyo”.
Service was ok though. I just overpaid for food today.

The food was pretty good but the filet was not cut up good and meat was cold. The waitress never came with a refill until we got to leave and asked for one. They were not very busy so service could have been a lot better. Chicken tasted more like bbq than teriyaki.

We did dine in. The rice was tough, they took forever bringing our food out to us. Even then, they brought out the dishes one at a time. Moreover, the time between each dish being delivered was 5 to 10 minutes. My son’s food came out last almost 40 minutes after we ordered. Gave my husband and son food poisoning. Even I am nauseated and trying keep my stomach settled.

Food had plastic in it. They put hot food in the styrofoam tray and the particles got in my food, which I digested they barely even want to refund me. I definitely don’t recommend going here very inconsiderate and rude people

Having to devein my own cooked shrimp is unacceptable & disgusting. I will not order shrimp from here again. Update, 10/2023: My son had hibachi shrimp, and they were not deveined. Maybe I’m the only person who thinks that’s gross?
