I like this place. The food was good overall. I went there for the second time on Valentine’s Day. We had the lunch buffet. It is a great deal but there was no waiter/waitress looking to earn a good tip. They have a call button for when you are ready to order more food but there was no rush. It was likely due to them being busier than usual. I did try the Scorpion bowl which was a mixture of different types of liquor. It was an experience. I will attach a photo of it. I will have to go here again to get a better idea of what their service is like normally.

This place has amazing food! It’s cheap and things come out quick! The only issue is you want to order the whole (all you can eat) menu and they’ll charge you if you don’t finish it!

The food was vile, and they charged me for the all you can eat when i only got one plate of food. Never had “chicken curry” as disgusting as this. One tablespoon of curry and fake chicken with no flavor.

Food is excellent, but every single time I’ve had the all you can eat sushi dinner here, without fail they will consistently forget more than one item or two that was ordered, even though you submit a sheet you filled out regarding all the items you are ordering. I’ve had this occur multiple times in the same visit. The miso soup is always very inconsistent as well, either very flavorful one visit, or flavorless broth the next.

It’s all you can eat sushi. They have to cut corners to make if feasible.

Was there for the first time and it was a good experience. They didn’t explain the pricing, but overall all you can eat lunch style was nice. Cozy both that was clean. My boyfriend and I got Taro Bubble Tea and I enjoyed the drinks well into the evening. Eel was good.

“OMG, you guys! Tokyo Sushi in Omaha is a total game-changer! I mean, where else can you stuff your face with all-you-can-eat sushi and not break the bank? Their Super Dynamite roll is TO DIE FOR (or at least to get a food coma ). The service is top-notch, and the staff is super friendly. Don’t be shy, grab your squad and get ready for a sushi party ! Trust me, you won’t regret it . Go, go, go! Tokyo Sushi, Old Market “

The all you can eat lunch is made to order and delicious. The price is just as much as ordering 1 or 2 rolls at other places but you get all you want! The rolls are big and very taste. I will definitely be going back, even to just order an appetizer and a few rolls from lunch. They have a call button when you are ready so a server isn’t constantly interrupting which is a nice addition. They also have a to go option where you can order 2 apps and 3 rolls for the same price.

Had an overall good experience here. If I told you,”hey, there’s this All You Can Eat Sushi place downtown” you’d likely invision something like this. Or it would be a step up, if you were expecting something like sushi buffet. It is not. They make it to order. So I’ll give you the rundown if you feel like stuffing your face full of food. Oh, and don’t try any funny stuff like secretly feeding your friend or taking extras home, or even overordering. Their warnings about these things are written literally everywhere. Lol
Food
First off, it’s not just all you can eat sushi. The whole menu is practically available. Soup, Curry, Hibachi, Ramen, Salads, Dessert. The sushi was good. Not 10/10, but for endless sushi it was great. Plenty of options between sashimi, nigiri, rolls, etc. Did a 5 star on food just because of the value.
Service
It was very…there. The wait staff did their job adequately. Not friendly, not rude, just adequate. I was a bit disappointed that the Ramen I ordered came in a plastic bowl with a plastic spoon. With all the studies regarding micro-plastics, I’d REALLY avoid that dish in the future. Some don’t care. I do. Oddly, they had buttons behind your seat so you could page the staff to order or for help. Kind of forward thinking, but also can indicate the staff doesn’t check on you really. But she did check on me once without me getting her attention, so kudos for that.
Atmosphere
Not bad, not achieving anything either though. Better than fast food, but felt like any chain restaurant. The best part of the atmosphere is the Omaha downtown. It’s lovely and lively.
Overall I’d recommend it if you’re looking to go all you can eat a step up from asian cuisine buffets. Probably worth the $25 because endless custom oder sushi/ramen/hibachi is just not a popular thing. It’s a niche experience. You gotta try it once at least.

Presentation was good. Staff were very polite and respectful. Everyone was professional and nice. Quality of food was mid. But maybe it was to be expected for the price. Living in the midwest, I suppose my expectations can’t be too hight when it comes to sushi. The salmon on my nagiri was served too warm that it gave the fish that weird, gooey texture. Their siumai (shumai) is just terrible, served in a bowl of soy sauce, which I found weird. Dimsum is usually served in that bamboo steamer. So, I dunno. This place is overhyped, in my opinion.
