New resident of Folsom here and I’m BEYOND glad I found this place.
I’m a firm believer that you can judge the true quality of a place by their food right before closing. I ordered “to-go” approx 30 min before closing and my roll (The Lion King) was AMAZING. It needed no additional sauce and every bite was great — def ordering again.
I also decided with the Miso ramen and added seafood and again— everything was stellar (very fresh, hot soup and well cooked noodles).
The woman who checked me out was also sooooo sweet and I’ll def be coming back here in the future! Thanks again 🙂

If I could give more stars I would.
I ordered from this place thinking it was a different place. However, I consider this a happy mistake, this Japanese restaurant is by far one of the best I’ve had in a while. My only complaint is that they were closer to my residence. (Lincoln) You can REALLY taste the care and dedication put into each dish. I hope to visit again sometime soon.

Fast, friendly, and above all else: divine. The staff is warm and kind, and though I am no expert, this was the best teriyaki I have ever had (chicken and beef combo)- and the sides were also fresh and delicious. If you’re looking for takeout or delivery, you cannot possibly go wrong here.

Pretty good place. I ordered the poke bowl with a combination of salmon and tuna. The fish was marinated in a soy teriyaki glaze which was tasty and there were a lot of different fresh ingredients to accompany the fish and rice. I appreciated the vegetables because I didn’t really want to eat all the rice so having that was a plus.
It was tasty, fresh, and satisfying. I would say this over the Taco Bell next door any day.

Was very excited to have a Japanese Take out very close nearby in Elk Grove! Despite looking busy on Grand Opening day, I was greeted with both a friendly and fast service.
The food was all well packaged and it smelled so good bringing it back. The smell most certainly matched the taste! I certainly will be coming back! If you can with Teriyaki sauce orders, order with extra sauce because it certainly is amazing!
