Place has potential for more since the scene is nice and calm/classic. Not too much of a sports bar feel but not too much of a eastern feel either just inbetween.Sweet tea here is just right and the yakitori has a great taste to it; well cooked. The vegetables were alright the salmon was alright but could of been better. The fried rice tasted kinda wierd… service was good. They could use the cloth towels, Japanese bar look around the Hibachi and maybe some flowers on the tables from the region to make it more comfortable but overall the feedback is good for this to improve. Will come back to try other stuff.

Ordered Korean BBQ for takeout and they forgot our soups! Gave them a quick call back and they doubled our soups for their mistake. Food was great. I’ll definitely return to see how the dining experience is like inside.
EDIT: They started offering sushi and while its a little expensive, the portions are very large and the sushi itself is pretty good. Highly recommended.

Went here this evening after reading recommendations from others in our town. Very impressed! I had chicken hibachi, daughter had steak. Food came out very quickly and both were excellent – tender, well-prepared, well-presented. Service was fantastic – our server came to our table repeatedly to see if we were okay or needed anything, asked my daughter’s name and thanked her for coming in. Very highly recommended, and we will be back!

This restaurant is a gem. A hidden gem. Right across the street they have competition. Here Asian. Here is very pricey and while good highly inconsistent. Did I mention it’s pricey? Incredibly price.
Tokyo Steak House has amazing prices for super quality food. There hibachi is amazing for remaining on and chicken dish is just incredible both the steak and the chicken we are just so soft and moist and filled with flavor. Tender served with vegetables and delicious rice.
The sushi here is fresh and also delicious. Here’s what we compare prices. $4.50 for a sushi roll with the 8 pieces. The spicy crunchy salmon roll is excellent there is no avocado roll is very good as well. The hidden gem in the sushi menu is their what-a-roll. I can’t get enough of it. I worked for six years in a five-star five diamond hotel sushi restaurant. I can compare with the best they can compare at Tokyo Steak House. It’s the best Chinese around in well over 20 miles. Don’t let this place go come eat there. It’s located just next to Home Depot.

I ate there tonight and just loved it. The fried rice was perfect. I had the sesame chicken and a side of spring rolls. Staff was friendly and attentive. I do wish there were more kids options for my picky 7 year old. We had been once before and she was disappointed she couldn’t get plain noodles or mac n cheese. But I just love it.

The duck was overcooked and gross. Even though I did not eat but 1 bite they did not offer me any kind of compensation or discount. The soft shell crab was burnt and crumbles, no real meat. The sushi was below acceptable, especially for the price. The only semi good thing my daughters and I ordered was the seaweed salad which is hard to mess up. $70 later I would NEVER go back here again and have told my friends and family to not waste their money.

After reading many of the positive review on this place, we went in with optimism. We knew going in that there was only one hibachi table, but that’s ok because you can still order hibachi entrees from a regular seat. The place doesn’t look great, but that isn’t much of a detractor because some of the greatest restaurants are holes in the wall. The servers are attentive and friendly.
But… the food. They really need to work on the food. We ordered gyoza (pan fried pork dumplings) to start. The were served as unrecognizable hard meat balls with shreds of noodle hanging off of them. They tasted like tar. We sent it back.
Bravely, I ordered sashimi. The first piece was very gritty. The California rolls that came with it were off tasting. My wife’s sushi roll was decent though. It was basically just cream cheese crab meat and seaweed that was deep fried and served with spicy and eel sauces.
Neither of us finished our meal but we left fully expecting to be stricken with food poisoning. So far 36 hours later we are well and can still see. So I would be wary of what you order here if you try it. Send it back and make them do it right. Hopefully they’ll catch on and turn things around.

This place is a joke.. We went during lunch on Sunday the menu has a lunch menu but no dates or time. We ask and go ahead and order from dinner which is double the price of lunch and order a 3 roll sushi combo only to be told we couldn’t order it because it was a lunch item. We left after that and asked to bring the ticket for our non water drinks. Not only was a kids lemonade and a Dr pepper $4 they proceeded to charge us $0.50 per glass of water. I’d save your money and go to Here Asian cuisine much better prices and service. This isn’t even a hibachi place because they only have 1 grill. Needless to say they will probably not stay open like all the places before it.

Its OK considering the bento meals, sushi was good. Eel that I ordered in the bento was cut in a way where you got a lot of skin with a lot of sause. But the amount was generous. Rice was a long grain, possibly jasmine with floral notes. Prices were good, attentive and fast service. I would recommend this place for locals, its OK. But I prefer more authentic, than the americanized version here.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Cooked sushi items were very good. Raw sushi items tended to have a bit too much sauce on them, hiding the core flavors of the fish.
