Christmas Day 2025, 5pm, the restaurant was packed full. The owners gave every table free rangoons because they knew it would take a while to get our order. The online, door dash and takeout orders were every 3 minutes! The owners are gracious and very attentive. And exceptionally hard working. We frequent this restaurant often but this is the busiest I had ever seen it. Cost is very reasonable for exceptional quality sushi and poke bowls. Their bento boxes are also a hearty meal.

I have to say I was skeptical when I pulled in the parking lot. I frequent a lot of sushi joints and this one is right up there with some of the best I have had. I had the Dymomite Roll, it was very filling, and the fried rice with some crab rangoon.
Would definitely eat here again next time I am in town.

The food was great this time not gonna deny it the service is a joke not only did our server , handed out hot plates ontop off my 5 year old instead of going around took a while to get refills as well due to our server being on his phone , lastly on pay time we notice an extra charge of 20 dollars very small print , we ask the server and he reply that’s the tip we informed the server he needed to let us know due to we were gonna tip with cash instead the server started yelling in front of everyone we come here all the time and we never tip which is a lie we tip on cash and we haven’t been there in 6 months had to take my son out of the restaurant due to the server yelling and confronting why won’t we accept the 20 dollar tip already on the receipt , worse experience every not going back . Just wanted a nice lunch not the server yelling at us forcing us to tip the amount he put on the receipt

First review from 2022: Service is really good. They’re really nice. We love their sweet tea so much! It taste amazing.
I love their miso soup and their salad. It’s my favorite. Their salad dressing taste so so good.
Sashimi platter was okay, nothing special. I don’t think it was worth trying to be honest.
I order their shrimp tempura bento box, it’s really good! Great quality, and good portion.
Miso and tonkotsu ramen were okay. Nothing special.
I didn’t really like their yakisoba.
Overall, I love this place and i’ll always be back. ♥️
Update: april 2024 – quality went down. Their food is not as good as it used to be. Used to love this place when I lived closer around 2022. But now, too expensive for the quality. Last 3 pictures are from the recent visit! You’ll see the difference from a couple of years ago to now.

The last 3 pictures are from April of 2024, they’re the same food, but different quality. So stingy with your portions for the price. Umi is higher quality but cheaper than what you guys serve. You would know, you own the place so you know that your quality did go down. Thanks

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered through Uber Eats. And this food was trash. We call to tell them that part of the order was raw. The shrimps were old, the rice dry as a desert. The veggie tempora were undercooked and saggy.
We made a big order for a family of 7 and it was a big disappointment.
We have to throw away the whole order and get some Taco Bell instead.

Our server was amazing! She was very helpful on the items we didn’t know, very patient in explaining what was in each dish. She recommended very nice non-spicy foods for those of us didnt like too much spice. She was very on top of getting drinks for us! I can not wait to be back!

What a diamond in the rough! This place has excellent food and even better service! Chloe has such a sweet disposition and she is extremely efficient! Her timing is impeccable. The kitchen is quicker than you would expect for this type of restaurant and they deliver amazing food! This is a must try place! We had sushi, lobster Rangoon, hibachi and bento box. Start to finish- delightful!

Pretty good authentic Japanese food and atmosphere. The restaurant is clean and quiet. Got the lunch bento with chicken. Also got a separate order of rolls. It is a little bit on the expensive side.
