Read some good reviews about Tokyo Peking and I am always looking a good Chinese restaurant. Tokyo Peking isn’t it, just ordinary Chinese.
I tried the Shrimp with Garlic Sauce dinner which included soup Wonton or Egg drop, got the wonton, surprisingly a full size but tasteless, egg roll, also tasteless, and pork fried rice. The shrimp was supposed to be spicy which it wasn’t. Nice size portion with mushrooms, peppers, onions, broccoli, and celery, just fair.

I ordered the House Special Fried Rice and was disappointed. When did fried rice become yellow colored rice with carrots, onions and peas? The rice lacked ingredients and flavor. I’m looking for rice that is actually fried and includes, fresh bean sprouts, onions, eggs, green onions, soy sauce, and seasoning. Unfortunately you won’t get that at this restaurant so I will not be returning.

I paid for a large order of shrimp fried rice. Since the bag is stapled and my driving distance is approximately 20 minutes upon arriving home to feed my family I received a small. My order number was 1124014471. I was very disappointed because I had to retrieve from eating to feed those waiting to eat what I had purchased.

you guys need to understand that everyone’s time is valuable. I went there to pick up the food, the guy on the counter don’t care much about the driver and they don’t have any timing of when the food will get ready, they said me they’re packing the food after i go and i need to wait another 20 mins after that. If it’s going to take time, always be honest and let the driver know because everyone’s time is valuable. Drivers be careful while picking up from here

This was really a very unpleasant dining experience. We went in on a Sunday afternoon and should’ve known by how empty it was that it was a red flag. In spite of it not being busy, the service was extremely slow and sloppy.
The waitress forgot part of our order, and the food took forever to arrive. At first, we thought maybe it was because everything was cooked to order, but when our food arrived, and we took a bite of the pork fried rice, it was very obvious that it was stale, dry, and reeked of freezer burn…. not even edible. We literally threw it to the birds in the parking lot.
The ‘honey’ chicken was soggy and in a watery, flavorless sauce that in no way resembled honey. My husband‘s lo mein was finished in some sort of tamarind sauce that just didn’t go with the lo mein, or the rest of the dish. The beef was in little splinters and not very appetizing.
Hot tea was served in plastic mugs that looked like it was a remnant from the 60s.
I do not recommend this place, and certainly would not go back. They do not make cooking food in an appetizing manner a priority.

Their sushi is top quality. And their dinner specials are phenomenal. Would return often. The ambiance is simple and quiet. Mellow and relaxing.

Had a great meal at Tokyo Peking! The Mongolian beef was flavorful and tender, the mixed soup was hearty, and the egg rolls were perfectly crisp. The fantail shrimp were also a highlight. Overall, delicious food and a nice experience—I’ll definitely be back!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS, I WOULD!
THIS PLACE NEED TO LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS IF THEY SAY THEY HAVE A SEVERE FOOD ALLERGY!!
It has been years since I ate California rolls, so I was very excited about ordering and eating them again. When I placed the order, I specifically asked NO sesame seeds on the rice because I have a food allergy; and I told them as much. My body’s reaction is so severe that I could possibly be bedridden for 7-10 days with severe abdominal pain and be on 3 antibiotics. I ate 4 rolls confidently believing they did as I asked, but they didn’t. I saw dozens of sesame seeds in the the last 4 rolls they gave me; and I am is writing this angrily, afraid of a sever flare up of my allergy. The photos below are the sesame seeds and rice my daughter spent 10 picking off one roll. I just threw away the other three. I was not going to have her spent 30 more minutes picking them off.
I AN NEVER GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!! BESIDES ORDERING THIS GARBAGE, THE ONLY OTHER THING I REGRET WAS THAT I GAVE A $2 TIP TO THESE JERKS!!!
