Ordered a bahn mi bowl with the sous vide egg, they put a completely raw egg on top of my bowl, it was entirely soaked into my food. No soft egg white, just completely raw. It was absolutely disgusting and I had to throw the bowl out. This was after the employees just stared at me while I waiting to order at the register. The order came out fast, I guess because they didn’t have to wait for the egg to cook at all.

We love going to Tokyo Joe’s and eating together as a family! We’ve been regulars for quite some time and have always enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere. Recently, I noticed that my rewards points weren’t accruing correctly after I signed up, so I spoke with the manager. He immediately stepped in and made everything right—without hesitation and without me even needing to ask.
He went above and beyond to make sure our experience, our food, and our rewards were all taken care of. The staff at this location is consistently attentive, friendly, and focused on making sure guests feel valued. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and want you to keep coming back—not just to their restaurant, but to Tokyo Joe’s in general. We’re very pleased with our experience and grateful for their outstanding service!

We had Tokyo Joe’s cater our meeting on Aug. 14, 2025. It seems like forever ago but it made a really strong impression and I have all kinds of notes on the experience. Here is the run down:
-When I picked up the order, the gentleman who handed off the order was super kind and very helpful.
-The entire order was ready on time.
-There was more than enough food for everyone.
-Everyone loved it. The food was hot, there were sauce choices to suit all tastes, and options for both vegetarians and omnivores.
-The leftovers were great, too.
-Cost friendly
Would recommend this to cater for your next event or just to drop be and have lunch. I can’t wait to go back!

Wyatt was working the front register, and he showed patience and friendliness for a group of 5 undecided ladies! He also offered information about new items, one which I chose. His smile welcomed us, and the food as always was fabulous. He even stopped by our table at least once maybe twice after we received our food to just check-in how all our food was. Always go back for food we love, but this location shines because of WYATT!!

This was first time trying a Tokyo Joe’s and, for a chain restaurant, we were impressed with the quality of the ingredients. The service staff were friendly and prompt. The place was clean and interestingly decorated, though a bit darker than I preferred. I would definitely come back or to another Joe’s though!
