This location skimps on the veggies and fills the bowl with rice. I have talked to the manager about it twice and there hasn’t been improvements. She is nice and offers me extra veggies at the time, but that doesn’t make up for the other times I have eaten at this location. Again, tonight I got a bowl and there are minimal veggies. In my photo, notice the amount of white to green. It’s unfortunate, because the veggies are probably the cheaper toppings to include. Dear Owner – I see you read the reviews. How about we make some change? Please!

Unfortunately, not the best experience as a first time customer to the Longmont location. The dining room was a shambles, though it seemed to be moderately slow. My lady’s coconut chicken soup was cold. Very disappointing after dropping 40 bucks on lunch.

Dare I say I found a hidden gem? I had no idea this place existed…stumbled across it by mistake. And I’m so happy I did. I’ve never been treated so well by resturant staff. The food was excellent. You can tell that everybody loves their job because it shows on their smiling faces, and the vibe was remarkable. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Amazing food, super fresh and there was very little wait time. We were greeted right away when we entered the door with smiles! Staff was great! Specifically Kaden, he was one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend this place, 100/10. We will be coming here weekly!

I come in quite often and the woman at front always remembers my name.
I generally don’t like to review restaurants. But I want people to know that this place makes you feel comfortable. Especially when someone can recognize you considering how many people they deal with every day. To me this shows that Tokyo Joes truly cares about their patrons. The food is always spot on and the service is excellent. I highly recommend checking it out.

Everyone here is great! The food is always amazing and the service is always pleasant! Talia was amazing and made sure I got the bowl I was looking for, the Yakitori bowl, that’s not on the menu anymore!!

Eat here quite often because frankly it’s very good food and it’s usually pretty clean and kept. The associates know their part and do it well. Probably one of the better Tokyo Joe’s I’ve been to. It’s too bad it’s in a poor part of the strip mall.

I ordered take out and was very disappointed. My girlfriend got a side salad with ginger dressing only to find super dry with NO dressing. The soy ginger dressing was the main reason she ordered the salad and was not going to eat it like a rabbit. The options for the sauces allow up to two for bowls. They don’t tell you that it’s super bland if you only say one type of sauce. You have to clarify you want two portions of sauce. Otherwise you get dry food. Take out does not come with soy sausage packets either. Food was fresh, I’ll give em that. They failed the sauces, and dressing game. Posting because they specifically wrote “leave us a google review”

Best poke bowl around I’m totally addicted! Every time it’s reliable, good, fresh, amazing. My kids love the sushi which is crazy because my youngest will only eat pizza, mac and cheese and chicken nuggets normally but she’ll slam down a whole 8 piece roll in record time excellent job guys!

Stopped in for lunch today and had a great experience. Staff was friendly, things appeared to come out in a reasonable time, and the food was good. The bowls are pretty customizable which is neat. Definitely on my list of “food in the area” when asked by friends or family.
