Bought three meals for $60 that were terribly done. Daughter refuses to eat hers as they mixed all veggies including cucumber is with the mac & cheese and nuggets. Sushi was terrible and chicken bowl had a bone in it. Laziest meal prep i’ve ever seen. Enough of them around to choose another location over this service.

Here’s my receipt and here’s what I got. I understand being rushed and being fast casual? But this is incompetence. I paid for a bowl of white rice, a few strips of broccoli? Mind you, I had no idea what sauce was what because absolutely nothing was labeled. Thanks. I’ll definitely make sure I don’t pick up from this location again.

Tokyo Joes kindly accommodated our son’s multiple food allergies and allowed him to have a safe meal at a restaurant he usually could not eat at. They were kind and friendly and the food is consistently good.

I came in for the buy one get one free bowl. I ordered then was told it was only for Poke. I reluctantly paid the $32 then read the email and saw it did apply to my order and was due a refund. I still haven’t seen the refund on my CC statement..

The food tastes just like the Tokyo Joe’s we know and love. The restaurant could use a cleaning as every single table had noodles on it so we picked the least dirty of the tables. When I asked for a plastic to go container because I had ordered a large bowl and would need 3 paper boxes I was told they are only for to go orders and to just use as many boxes as I needed to. There is no fee for ordering to go, and if the prices for the to go items are the same as dine in why would it matter if I ordered to go or not? It took 3 little boxes to get everything packaged up, and nobody wants to have to juggle that many boxes. I’ve never had anyone at a Tokyo joes tell me I can’t have a plastic to go bowl because I didn’t order to go. The service isn’t all that good but the food is great and they have some awesome art on the back wall.
