I will never go back to this place. The space for hibachi is really small and tight. The staff were really kind. When we got to the table I noticed my plate and my daughters place was greasy and dirty . They brought us another plate and it was clean. They have boxes of items store by where you eat at and it was white dusty like stuff in the window area. We stayed because my daughter was excited to try their hibachi food. The soup was really plain. No mushrooms or anything in it. It was basically broth. The cook was nice. The food was ok. So overall I wouldn’t go back at all.

Why this place only has 4.1 stars is a surprise to me. Husband and I wanted to eat local tonight for a dinner date and we found this place. Seeing the reviews I was hesitant at first but this is why I don’t follow the reviews. The food here was delicious!! You have the option of the hibachi where they cook everything in front of you or they have the “bar” area that has about 5 tables where you can sit and just order your food there. We chose the “bar” area it was actually very nice, not loud but you can see the hibachi room which was cool. The food was excellent and huge portions. Took the rest home! I had the steak and chicken and my husband had the steak and lobster. You also get salad and soup. We also had the fried grouper bites and spring rolls for an appetizer. Excellent! We will definitely go back.

Tonight we went to Tokyo to for a nice dinner before school starts! And Tokyo did not disappoint! Our server was so sweet and accommodating & our cook Jesse was AMAZING as ALWAYS! The food is always so good & we always have plenty to take home for the next day! Would definitely recommend

We went to lunch on Saturday about 2pm and we had the entire restaurants to ourselves. There was a separate menu of happy hour appetizers and sushi rolls so we ordered the salmon roll and the sweet potato roll. I was so disappointed, I’ve never have such tiny rolls. They have specialty rolls that I’m sure are regular size but just know the happy hour rolls are the smallest rolls you’ll probably ever get. Jesse was our chef and he is so passionate and very entertaining. Ask for him when you go. Our food was so good. I haven’t been to hibachi in years but I forgot how much butter they use. It tastes good but overall health is more important to me now so that’s the only reason I can’t give a full five stars.

I love hibachi, but this place doesn’t make the cut. I’m not really sure why the is a sports bar here too. So, reasons to pass on this place – chef was not very entertaining, the food prep area was not clean, there was a kid (maybe owners daughter) running around the restaurant without shoes on. On a positive note, the food was pretty and prices were reasonable, however I question the cleanliness. I’ll also add our teppanyaki chef curse a few times which isn’t cool in front of my 9 year old daughter. I have to give this place a hard pass.

Thanks for ruining my families, Christmas Eve!! We made a reservation for 7 at 7, we did arrive earlier by 30 minutes and understood full that you were very busy and could not seat us early. That was not a problem. We waited and watch as you sat a few large parties. Then it would have been our turn, You had a party of 10 and my party of 7. The party of 10 should up after 7pm their reservation time. But 2 Advent ambulance (no emergency), you treated them like royalty, The party of 10 knew them and said they could join their party, so your less than train front counter staff, skipped my party that was there before our reservation time and sat the party of 12 now. When I asked the front counter staff, that told me it would be an additional 20-30 minutes. Then they also replied that they really had no idea what they were doing and nobody else did in the restaurant. Total worthless staff, the restaurant was dirty unorganized and a nightmare. Thanks again for the wonderful evening. By the way, the buffet across the street may have been, buffet food, but at least the staff knew what they were supposed to do and courteous. I miss the old owner, because you guys suck.

Wish we would have “found” this restaurant years ago. If you enjoy hibachi this is the place to go in Palm Coast. It’s was a little loud at times but we enjoyed it. The food was great and tha atmosphere was friendly and fun.

We have missed out by not coming here sooner! The food was amazing and the staff was over the top!! They all seemed to have fun together. Its nice to see great camaraderie amongst the staff. Funny to see reviews commenting about the staff…. Them enjoy their job did not hinder service or quality of the food! The crab rangoon was the best I’ve had in years. The sushi was awesome! People complaining about hibachi and it not being entertaining enough sound like they just want to complain about something. Definitely take the Karen reviews with a grain of salt. We will absolutely return.
