Of course the food is always amazing but Max the bartender is hands down the best in the business!! Anything you can think of, he can make and it will taste amazing. Probably one of the main reasons we keep coming back is for Max. Ask him to make you a unicorn drink

This place let my group down. We went to the bar and decided to get drinks before the dinner. The bar tender could not stop bragging about himself and saying he was an award winning bar tender. He was arrogant with staff and with customers. So that already started the night on the wrong foot. Then we get seated and the waiter just didn’t seem interested. We waited another 25 mins for the chef to arrive to our station; the station that was next to us and got seated after us got a chef before we did. They were halfway through there meal before ours arrived. The performance was also much to be desired. Usually at a hibachi place there is sake shots, moves, fire, sounds, excitement, interaction. That is what you want from hibachi. That was no where here. No sounds, no moves, no fire, no sake. He arrived and just cooked. That’s it. No excitement, no interaction. The fried rice didn’t even have egg in it. Usually there are moves with egg in their hat or something exciting. Nothing. Truly truly disappointed. Won’t come back unless there are major changes. Seemed like cost cutting to me.

They tried to pretend our reservation was later than we booked it for, then put us off seating for 44 minutes later. We were literally 1 minute away from walking out. What was the point in a reservation? Waiting area and bar felt like a diner instead of an upscale place and the drinks are overpriced. Once we got in, the show was good, the server was great, and the food was delicious.

Our cook was not entertaining. He didn’t do the things we are used to seeing and that the other cooks were doing. Our server was slow to refill our drinks (I didn’t get a refill), but was quick to clear my salad that I hadn’t even finished eating.

Hubby’s pre-birthday dinner. One of the only things I can’t and won’t fix at home-hibachi. Of all the Japanese Steakhouses we have ever visited, I have to say, this one had the best mushrooms we’ve ever had dining out. We’ve noticed this place is always packed, so we decided to give it a try.
