My friend and I dined at this restaurant on 05/30/2025. The service was awesome! Our waiter, Owen, was very attentive, patient, sweet, and kind. He gave us good recommendations on what to order since it was our first time eating at this restaurant. I ordered two sushi rolls and the Hibachi dinner. The noodles tasted bland, but the overall meal was good. I highly recommend the G & O roll, which was suggested by Owen . That roll was delicious and filled with a combination of flavors that is truly satisfying My friend ordered the japanese fried rice, and she enjoyed it. I would dined with them again for sure!

We visited the one in Crowley first and liked it then waited for the Eunice location to open. We were not disappointed. We visited today (a Sunday around 11:30 am). The atmosphere is welcoming and casual with a simple and tasteful design. We were seated and served promptly. Alexis was our server. She was professional and friendly, checking on us frequently but not hovering, which we really appreciated. The food was piping hot when it was brought out. My husband ordered the steak hibachi. He thoroughly enjoyed the soup. I enjoyed his salad. I ordered the chicken fried rice. Both were very fresh and delicious. The large portions allowed us to bring home leftovers. I would highly recommend trying Tokyo Japan. We will definitely be returning.

I’ve been there twice already, the service and food being amazing both times. The service staff are so nice and attentive, I mean I do always come at a not busy time but they check on us often to make sure we don’t wait long for anything and making sure everything is fine. I went with my grandma yesterday and we were served by Gabbi, she is super sweet and kind! Thank you for the amazing service! You are a kind soul and have a blessed day always.

The food is overpriced, it’s just horrible. I ordered the seafood noodles and 2 different ramen bowls.. all of it was bland, over cook, just horrible. Will not go back… don’t know if this restaurant will make it for long unless they hire someone that can cook. It does look good. too bad it doesn’t taste as good as it looks. I spend right over $87.. horrible

I don’t even know where to begin! When Tokyo opened the new location in Eunice, we ate there 8 times in the first two weeks. We just can’t get enough! We enjoy ordering lots of different appetizers for the table (try the gyoza, eggplant miso, or the crab bombs). The sushi rolls are amazing! My husband loves the spicy shrimp ramen, and not just because it does a great job opening up his sinuses. The house soup is ALWAYS a favorite 😉 Great drinks (plum wine and sake) and great service! We are so grateful to have this new restaurant in Eunice!

The food was ok but just not great, especially for the price. My husband ordered the tuna hibachi and it was overcooked. The vegetables were nice and crisp. I had hibachi chicken, which was fine but mediocre; something I could easily have made for a fraction of the price. We ordered drinks for St Patti’s day, which were good but didn’t seem to have the alcohol we paid for; very weak. The waitress was pleasant but very unatentive, she spent a lot of time socializing and left us for long periods of time. The atmosphere is nice and the place seemed clean.

I have been waiting for Tokyo to open in Eunice for seven years now (since opening in Crowley). I have been more times than I care to admit (I may genuinely have an addiction), and they do not disappoint!!! I think they have the best specialty rolls in the entire Acadiana area and the Tuna Tataki is phenomenal! If you go ask for Gavin or Hayden and be sure to tell Wilfred I sent you! Oh, I suggest ordering the Plum Sake! 🙂

If you’re looking for great sushi and hibachi Tokyo in Eunice is the place to go, great atmosphere and staff. The bar area is very nice and spacious. Plenty of room to enjoy your meal while catching a game or just relaxing.
