I’ve never been to the Hibachi here but it looks great. I’ve had the all you can eat sushi and it is probably the best sushi I’ve ever had. If you don’t have the (who I think is the owner) as your waitress, they won’t be the best waitress. But the food is definitely worth it..

This was the worst hibachi I have ever had. The service was terrible and the food was even worse The proteins were overcooked and the rice and noodles were soggy and under-cooked. I will never eat at Tokyo again. I recommend Umi on Fisher or Shogun, much better…

This is why I was very disapointed with this “Japanese” restaurant:
Is a a poor imitation of Japanese Hibachi Restaurant.
The service was awful.
The table and chairs were sticky, the place smell like mold and mildew.
The food was covered with overpowering and salty sauces.
A true Japanese Chef is respectable, polite, knowledgeable with excellent cutting and food handling skills, unlike the “chef” they gave us, who calls himself “Sexy Andy” and thinks is funny to flirt with teenagers and seniors who are part of a dinner family gathering.
This “chef” makes his job very easy, brings ingredients to the table already cut and ready to be placed on the grill. You would not be able to see any cutting or social skills.
His tricks were a poor imitation of the skills of a true Japanese chef.
They gave us plastic dinnerware.
The servers are not properly trained, their communication skills are very poor and they move items from the table in a very rude manner.
The waitress was rude and obnoxious, she’s the kind of server that thinks she’s doing you a favor by bringing you food and you should not have any questions about it.
Someone in our party had a question and her reply was very loud, disrespectful and rude, I did not react to avoid a confrontation.
