If you love fat and gristle, then the hibachi steak sukiyaki is the dish for you! They even threw in some tendons, free of charge!
I typically love this place. Their food is flavorful, stays hot all the way home, and not terribly priced. However, if this was my first impression of the place, I would not be returning. The sauce was good but the “meat” looked like it was the scraps put to the side for someone’s dog bowl. Idk if I’ll be back but it won’t be for a while. Food is expensive these days, so eating out is a treat, and for $15 I’d expect a decent, edible, cut of steak. Unfortunately, I had to waste 90% of the meat.

This is an amazing food truck in Gardner of all places. They are open Tues – Sunday and have amazing food. I was working near by on a contract when I happened upon it at lunch time one day. Always fresh and so flavorful no matter what you get. I love the fried sushi rolls.
We take the drive out there occasionally on the weekend to eat and do some shopping, even though we live in Olathe. Definately worth the drive!!

I was at first weary of sushi from a truck but this place is amazing! The snow crab roll was huge and super flavorful. The scallops were juicy and tasty. Highly recommend

I have been wanting to try this place and it didn’t disappoint. We drove 45 mins and will do it again. We ordered lo mein noodles are soft and packed with flavand egg. My son loved them. I ordered the chicken and vegetables no nice because I am bariatric patient and rice isn’t my friend.
They were very accommodating of my restrictions and even asked if I had an allergies.
The chicken is seared with lots of flavor and the vegetables are perfectly soft.
Single steak burger was cooked at a good level not to greasy with nice burger to bun ratio. Toppings were fresh and generous.
Very affordable with decent prices for quality of food and portions are generous.
I highly recommend Tokyo hibachi sushi and burgers .

We got the California Roll, South Cali Roll, Snow Drop Roll , and Hibachi chicken. The food is awesome! 10/10 taste freshness, the serving sizes are huge and the staff was great. Highly recommend!

Biggest sushi roll I have had, and it was amazing!!! I ordered the kamikazi roll as well as the snow drop roll. They were some of the best rolls I have ever had. Would recommend this place to anyone. If you haven’t eaten here yet,you should. Plus, the crab Rangoons are huuuge and perfectly made. Sweet on its own without the sweet and sour but amazing with it.

First time here! We has the steak and shrimp hibachi sub lo mein and asked for his spicy, the ultimate burger add bacon, egg rolls and crab ragoon. ALL OF IT WAS AMAZING! Highly recommend all of it! Best crab ragoons and egg rolls we have ever had! The burger was phenomenal, the patties are huge and they loaded it with toppings. The hibachi was cooked perfectly and I’m glad we asked for the lo mein spicy, it had great flavor and quite the kick! Go check them out!
