We are like family to them – Juan and Jose also we saw Amanda grow up to a very responsible woman and Mom now. We have celebrated a lot of Birthdays with family and friends here. They have the Teppan tables and mostly Sushi which we love.
There are seven grills and it’s a cozy little place. I was here on a Sunday at 6:30pm and it was packed. I had three different servers attend to my table which was impressive. Our soft drinks were never empty. The food was delicious. Just as good as any other hibachi chain.
The drink menu is limited to a few beers and wine. No cocktails here.
I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place. Servers constantly picking up finished dishes and sweeping the floors. The men’s bathroom I thought was really clean. It stood out to me.
I also enjoyed seeing our steaks cooked separately and served to us directly. Even though they were all cooked to the same temperatures.
I feel another places might take an order of 2 steaks or more at the same temperature and cook them all together mixing them up. Then dividing them once they are done. I feel I might not get the whole steak I ordered if it was done that way. So thank you for not doing that. I will come back soon because of that.
Get a reservation. It helps out a lot
The soup tasted burnt, the salad was aggressively sour, and the chicken fried rice was served in a massive shared bowl without any warning that it wasn’t an individual portion. The rice itself was overly crunchy and borderline inedible. After multiple red flags, I decided not to continue with the meal and offered to pay for what I had already eaten.
Instead of basic professionalism, the manager was abrasive, refused to remove uneaten items from the bill, gave no explanation of the charges, and walked away mid-conversation. Completely unacceptable customer service. Had I been charged fairly I wouldn’t have written the review.
I came looking for a good meal and fair treatment and got neither. In this economy, do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.
It was a late night and I left my purse. Came the next day and they kept it safe and sound. They even made me identify myself as the right person picking it up and had me make sure everything was there. Quality service!
Waiters on the other hand. Super annoying didn’t let enjoy meals keep bothering to remove plates when still working on it.
So annoying that they tap on my shoulder while I was enjoying my meal, just to ask if I was done.
Like hello I like to pause while I eat.
And when paying I tip my chef
And the waiter requested a tip. Mind you I’m big on tips. But there is no need to force to add tip when your service waiter service was horrible. FYI I still tip my waiter. If you don’t mind the Constant
Disturbance this is the place. (They didn’t ask if I wanted refills, or anything else on the menu)
