So far I’ve tried the place 3x and I really wanted to like it. However for 1 person 18.99 plus drink 3 it’s a bit high for what it is.
The hibachi is ok, I would not say it’s in the top ten but definitely better than anything else plainwell has in the area.
The buffet however if you like sushi it’s great. Not any options for heart smart items or really much for salad. Side dishes are either really greasy, or sea food. Not a lot of veggie options except for hibachi. Very limited choices.
Dessert there is literally so much dessert and Ice cream this is a perk if you have kids.
However pudding cups tasted like they say too long the 2 separate times I tried them.
The Chinese donuts coated with sugar were hard not soft.
The little salad they have is only lettuce, and ranch dressing. They did go get me plain lettuce when I asked bc this last time I did bring my own dressing and cheese in my purse. No brown sauce , no ginger dressing, no ketchup for the potatoes this time. They do have a hard time keeping things filled even though it’s only a few dishes and wasn’t that busy.
Service dog , we asked for a couple different tables but were told I had to hide my dog whome you would never know is under the table bc he is a trained service dog. No I don’t take him up to the buffet ,he sits the few minutes I’m gone with my friend. I’m not sure why they insisted any service dog would upset someone. I understand if it’s not a trained service dog but these dogs go through so much training they are glued to the handlers side that’s it. So if I brought my elderly father there who cannot sit in the booth in a corner I’m out of luck. I’m not even sure if that’s legal but it is insulting.

Great food for the price. Lot’s of food choices on the grill to have them cook for you. Lot’s of different ice cream and other dessert options. Lot’s of stuff kid’s would like. Unfortunately not a lot of salad type foods or seafood, only lettuce and dressing foods, no crab. Really strange to have a entire area with potato chips and candy? They’re still working out grand opening bugs and learning how to serve the huge groups of people coming in the door. Expect a LONG wait to be seated and slow service for drinks. Otherwise Really good for the money. Need some handicapped parking spots!!!!!
