1st time here and I am full and happy with my Shrimp & Scallops selection. My partner enjoyed her Chicken Fried Rice but the serving covered the plate and she’s taking a lot home. Suki was our server and we will be asking for her again.

First time visiting any Tokyo Grill and this newest location. I ordered chicken and shrimp hibachi and some sushi takeout at the counter. My order was ready SUPER fast, less than 15 minutes, easy. When I tell yall the food was incredible!! The chicken and shrimp sauce is so thick and delicious. The rice was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Everything was hot when I got home and the amount of food was generous for the price.
My husband had the dynamite roll and said it was so delicious. It was just the right amount of spicy.
I highly recommend visiting Bartlett Tokyo Grill. You won’t be disappointed!

First time eating here and they had Katsudon, this dish I had not had since Japan. They made it perfect!!! Even the sauce was on point.

So sorry that we didn’t take pics of food before we ate!!! Ordered Rainbow rolls and East Memphis rolls—perfection! Hibachi Chicken & Steak (note to self: order steak on the rare side—our medium rare was more medium) also shared at table along with Hibachi Chicken & Shrimp. The Clear Soup was delicious, too. Can’t wait to return!

My family typically loves Tokyo Grill. It’s usually an outing that guarantees exceptionally delicious hot food, a great atmosphere and friendly service. Unfortunately, this location did not deliver.
There was a mixup with our drinks. We ordered two sweet teas, a Pepsi, a Starry and a mango yogurt drink. The waitress was unable to distinguish between the 3 dark colored drinks. Her solution was to sniff of drinks. She then insisted the drinks were right. They were not, we received 3 flat Pepsis’. We asked for the drinks to be replaced. Service was downhill from there. The food we received was cold or lukewarm and did not live up to the quality standard we’ve come to expect from the Tokyo Grill brand.
In addition to this the waiter and waitress avoided our table. They never checked on us. I had to ask for the to go plates and check.
As a long time patron (since 2015) of several Tokyo Grill locations, this was disappointing.

I come here a few times a month. The food is always great and at a good price, and the staff is incredibly nice and respectful. I cannot recommend this establishment enough. I will not get sushi or fried rice anywhere else

Tokyo Grill was pretty cool overall. I wouldn’t say I was wowed, but the food was enjoyable. From what I understand, this spot used to be a CK’s and later a Mexican restaurant. I really liked the unique decor in the dining area. There were a couple of TVs tuned to the Weather Channel (on mute) and pop music playing for ambiance.
I ordered the fried rice with chicken, which was okay but could’ve used some sauce. My dining companion had the hibachi vegetables that included teriyaki sauce, so I asked for a side of that sauce — and it definitely jazzed up my dish a lot. We also tried the spring rolls, and I found them to be fried hard on the outside but mushy and doughy on the inside — not my favorite.
Very friendly staff and they give you large portions.
