This place is horrible. It had no redeeming quality. Sushi is better and cheaper at the grocery store. Hibachi steak could be made better at home and wouldn’t be 12 dollars…. Worst crab Rangoon I’ve ever had. I can understate how poor quality the food or service is. Took 20 minutes to get a few things and it cost $75… i can’t believe this place is in business. Do better

I ordered the Hibachi steak, shrimp and chicken as well as spring rolls. When I got my order there were no shrimp in my order or spring rolls. I called and they said what do you want me to do about it. Well I told them to send me what I ordered and paid for. Then whoever answered the phone hung up on me. I will never order from them again!!!

This is my GO TOOOO place when I’m hungry and craving reliable Japanese cuisine. The man that runs the register during the daytime is always so pleasant and I like how efficiently he gets my order in. Need more people like this The dining room space is always clean too so if you’d like to sit in eat or even sit and wait it’s clean and comfortable. 10/10 service and food!! I HIGHLY recommend.

I ordered hibachi shrimp…The shrip aren’t cleaned (poop lome) and I had some shrimp shells still attached. The white rice was underdone. The shrimp and veggies are seasoned well. The food was okay… it just didn’t taste like the usual hibachi flavoring. It was a subpar first try.

Customer service at this location left me feeling depressed. Dude had as much charisma as a bump on a log. Got our order wrong but thankfully my wife caught it before they put it in. Just another sub par customer service experience here in Wilmington. A word of advice, hire employees who care.
