A MUST VISIT! The service was delightful, so nice, helpful and just generally pleasant. The food was being delicious! All types of Japanese cuisine so there is something for everyone. Kid friendly as well! The portions are very satisfying, one roll, hand roll, and a small cup of miso was plenty for me, the big kiddo was in line with his dragon roll (pictured) and the beautiful food art on it, as well as a chicken noodle plate. The littlest had maybe half of the kids ramen and plenty of edamame. Really, very pleased with the food quality and the service. We will definitely be going back!

We have ordered here many times for takeout. More than once, the food has been over 30 minutes later than the ‘promise time.’ Today, it was 40 minutes after I placed the order. On a Thursday. At 3pm. Not exactly a busy time. Person at counter said “sorry” but only after I asked why their system gives a time for pickup, yet the food is not ready even close to that time….and I could tell he could care less. Maybe they think a 15% tip on a TAKEOUT order isnt worth providing good service. I really dont know the problem. To top it off, todays rice is basically a goopy glob that you can barely distinguish one grain from another. I will be taking my business to Shogun. Over this place.

Everything so far has been absolutely delicious and perfect. Amazing customer service and great dining atmosphere, I feel like I found the post city of Atlantis hidden here in Carmichael! Please check them out and support them you will not regret it.

I did an online pickup order as this restaurant is nearby my work. Right next to Starbucks. I ordered a Thai Chicken Plate and a Crunch Roll. As I walked in, the gentleman behind the counter greeted me with a smile as he helped me get my order. The food was delicious! I will definitely go back to try other rolls!

First time at this location, sat down for a long time and no one was taking the order. The worst teriyaki chicken I had. Dry and burned. I had to go over the front desk ask for teriyaki sauce. The fired rice it’s good but that’s the only good about this place. Don’t recommend this location and won’t come back again.
