Yesterday my family got takeout for dinner. We easily ordered online and went in for pickup. We were a little hesitant because of the reviews we have read, but my oldest son used to go here all the time after getting out of high school and he told me that they were good and he never had an issue. So after living in Cane Bay for six years, we decided to give it a shot and I’m glad we did. The food was delicious. I had the honey chicken and it was perfect in fact out of all the Chinese takeout I’ve had this was definitely my favorite honey chicken. My husband had the general tso and he loved it my 13-year-old had sweet-and-sour chicken and the only complaint was my 13 year-old who said the sweet-and-sour sauce didn’t taste the best so I don’t know if he’s just used to other takeout places and if they use a different sweet-and-sour sauce. We also got the broccoli and garlic sauce And that was so so yummy. I love broccoli, and this hit. And their fortune cookies are perfect. My son’s fortune definitely nailed it . This will definitely be out new Chinese take out go to. Definitely give this place a try and make your own opinions.

Noted Shrimp allergy. Got home to 3 egg rolls that had shrimp in them. Owner contact info nowhere to be found and this business is not listed on the BBB website. The manager offered a CREDIT FOR NEXT TIME and cannot refund. A credit fir next time??? So I can take those chances AGAIN?!?! GOOD LUCK !!!!

This place is fantastic. The food instantly reminded me of classic New York–style Chinese food—bold, comforting, and done right. Everything was explosively flavorful, and even after a 20-minute drive home, the food was still hot, which says a lot about the care they put into it.

So I place an order at 10:18pm, they let me know they close at 10:30. I arrive at 10:25, lights are off and they’re close down. I called them back to confirm I placed an order . They say yea I did and read my phone number back to me. So I ask why are the lights off like yall close. He tell me hold on to call someone. I sat on hold and outside the place for 5 minutes. They could have just said we’re not taking anymore orders. Terrible!

This was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life. The pepper steak didn’t even look like actual beef and the taste was awful. PLEASE save your money and go about anywhere else. Trust me on this. The restaurant is rated 3.0. for a reason. I gave it the benefit of the doubt but the reviews were right, the food quality here is definitely garbage. This place should be close down. At minimum they should do a random health inspection, because I have a feeling that if they did, health inspector would probably close it down. Cane Bay deserves better than this.

Place is a lot cleaner…..but if you’re used to the old owners recipes beware. We always got sesame chicken and beef and broccoli. Vegetables were definitely frozen ones and sauces are totally different in taste. I felt like the fried rice is saturated yellow rice. Def will be finding another place.

Nothing is wrong with the food but the service sucks. They’re always so rude… I ordered an hour before close and picked up about 30 min before close, just in and out. The guy started huffing and puffing right when I walked in and then while just handing me the bag, under his breath says “why do people come in so late”. They didn’t close for another 30 min so idk what I did to offend the guy so much…

I was in love with their chicken wings until today. They changed to taste I’m disappointed. It took me months to find a place that make good wings. I’m from New York and No one is better than NY until Tokyo until today. They asked if you want Crispy or Extra Crispy I said neither I want it regular. But they gave me crispy. Listen you can’t go up on the prices and change what was already good to make it nasty and tasteless

So I called an order shrimp and broccoli with vegetable lomain without mushrooms. I’m very allergic to mushrooms which I stated on the phone. My husband picks up the food. There were extra mushrooms all over the plate. I took the food make they offered to fix the issue. Then when I got home and my husband look through the food there was still traces of mushrooms like they hand picked them out. Long story short I got a refund and will never eat there.
