The desserts here are an absolute must-try! Each one is freshly made in-house with remarkable delicacy and attention to detail. You can truly taste the love and passion behind them – it’s the kind of sweetness that satisfies not just your palate but your soul.
If you’re looking for a restaurant that serves real Indian food with authenticity, heart, and perfection, Tokri is the place to be. Thanks Nitin for serving us
The food was absolutely delicious — every dish bursting with flavour and cooked to perfection. The meat was tender, high quality, and clearly prepared with care.
Customer service was truly five-star — warm, attentive, and professional throughout. From start to finish, everything was 10/10. If you’re looking for authentic Indian cuisine with exceptional service, look no further. I’ll definitely be coming back
This was the order. I loved the butter chicken and chicken tikka masala as stand outs and my wife loved the aubergine. But honestly it was all good. All these prices had 15% off them. We live in west Ealing so this is not the most convenient place but I can’t see us going to a nearer restaurant. It beat Dishoom hands down. My wife went inside to pick up and said it looked inviting so maybe we’ll eat in next time.

I only recently discovered it & this is my third visit. Each one has been excellent.
A couple of tells as to how good it really is: the aloo gobi; each floret is distinct and retains a very slight firmness, the spicing is perfect and the freshness obvious from the first bite. I wouldn’t normally order this in a restaurant as it’s often an overcooked mush. Secondly, the naan. I had garlic naan & it was crispy and puffy without being a thick mass of bread.
The other dishes I’ve had were similarly excellent.
We had booked a table for 16:30 but arrived earlier, around 15:45, and were seated without any issue. We enjoyed our meal, paid the bill, and then sat for about 20 minutes finishing our conversation. At that time, there were only three other occupied tables (two people at each), while the rest of the restaurant was empty. There was no queue outside, and it was only around 17:30.
One of the other tables had just left when a male staff member (possibly the restaurant manager?) came over and told us that we would need to leave as they were expecting a full house later that evening. We were quite shocked by this. It felt very unprofessional to be asked to leave so directly, especially when we had already paid for our meal, the restaurant was still mostly empty and we were simply finishing our conversation.
The way it was handled made us feel as though “Food was served, bill is paid now you’ll can get out”. As it was our Valentine’s celebration, it left both of us feeling quite disappointed and uncomfortable, and we left within a minute. What started as a lovely experience ended on a sour note, which was truly upsetting on what was meant to be a special occasion for us.
We won’t be back!
And boy were we not disappointed.
The restaurant is lovely inside – great decor and great smell.
Staff were very attentive and friendly – very sweet.
We went on a Saturday and had booked – it was busy and buzzy. There was a loud group of 4 next to us who were a bit loud but what can you do?! lol
The food was sensational. We got a vegetarian mixed sizzle starter which was game changing.
The mains were equally as good – all very different, tasty and complex.
Great wine list to pair so we were very happy.
Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes.
Price was very reasonable as well – loads of food and a bottle of wine and was £100 which is not bad at all for date night.
100% recommend !
