My friend had the numbing pork ramen and loved it.
The cocktails were good also.
The Brussel sprouts were excellent.
Small place so book ahead.
Wednesday evening is as wide open.
Must stop for Ramen!!
Toki’s Mushroom Shio ramen was definitely worth my buck!!
I loved the broth, the shiitake mushrooms was yum
This place is tiny and intimate. As a solo diner I liked the high chairs and nooks to have my food in peace ✌
Staff are on toes and friendly
I would suggest to have a prior reservation as seating fills up quickly.

Food and drinks came out fast. Service was friendly and quick, though we did feel a little rushed despite not lingering. For example, we were never asked if we wanted a second drink, and the check was dropped without asking about dessert. A few missed upsell opportunities. Still, our server was warm and efficient overall.
To drink, I ordered the Toki Monster, which was excellent. It’s made with peach-infused Japanese whiskey, peach oleo, Sichuan oil, and comes with a piece of smoked pork belly. For an appetizer, we shared the fried chicken steam buns and they were incredible. The chicken was perfectly crispy, and the combination of mayo, sweet chili sauce with a bit of heat, pickles, cilantro, and basil worked beautifully together.
For my ramen, I ordered the Toki Classic, and it absolutely blew me away. The pork bone broth was rich and deeply flavorful, paired with pulled pork, scallions, kale, an onsen egg, pickled ginger, garlic, and chili oil. Every bite was incredible, and the portion was very generous. This is, without question, the best ramen I’ve ever had. It is the kind of dish you keep thinking about long after you leave.
The food alone makes Toki Underground a must-visit. I’ll be craving that ramen for a long time, and I already can’t wait to go back.
Ps – to the owner.
Your restaurant is horrible. Probably the worst I’ve rated. Your hostess is rude, threatening customers to use resy, and the bartender? He angrily told an Asian family to stop touching the blinds, pure disrespect. Watch and listen to the in store video on 20 December.
Come on. You probably made enough money, but pay some attention.
Please note they add on 3% service charge for using your credit card and automatic gratuity on all bills.
Their space is small and hidden, it’s attached to what looked like a different restaurant but Toki is to the left up the stairs. Also note, they only have bar seating. But go for their food, service and vibe!!
The server/bartender were super cool and I personally loved their playlist there. And if you’re craving hot noods (Noodles) they’ve got that too.
I had their numbing ramen and it did exactly that, numb my taste buds but like in the best way. We lucked out and went during their happy hour so food was discounted. They’ve also got some fun non-alcoholic options.
